I would be cautious of using GeneralMCNews as the reliable source, mainly because he never provides sauce. I have seen his posts coming from questionable sources before. I do follow him, but never use his posts here on this board. I asked for sauce in replies and he blocked me from commenting on his channel!

That following weekend in Chicago was no worse than average and everyone forgot about it by Monday.
