As far as food safety goes, you already put a lot of trust in just buying chicken meat in a store, you know nothing about where they come from, what they eat, how many vaccines and hormones they are injected with, how they are killed or how long they are dead before they are processed or what condtions they are transported in. Most of us just try not to think about it and the FDA does nothing until there is a problem - recalls are weeks and months out and is usually a guessing game.
So if people want to eat pigeons from a food truck, have at it but leave our cats and dogs alone.

Last bird flu scare I was supposed to be in Hong Kong to do a pen-test but my company made me wait 2 weeks before going. They were worried about me getting sick and infecting people back in Texas.
When I finally got to go I sought out restaurants that sold pigeon. My favorites were the pigeon soup and the fried pigeon (looked like when KFC shorts you with tiny pieces). I ordered both of them multiple times while I was there.
A long time ago in Trafalgar Square in London some character was catching the pigeons in a net and selling them in Gerrard Street to the chinese restaurants there. The Police tried to prosecute him for theft but it was decided that the pigeons belonged to God, but they did ban him from Trafalgar Square.
Tbh, this would be perfectly normal if your mentality was to just kill and eat anything you can manage to hunt. Which would happen if you came from a place like that
We had two Sundays total lockdown during their plandemic in my country! We have two entrenched political parties and each one of them locked us all up on a Sunday as a result of a change in government! Those two Sundays pigeons walked down the streets, like humans didn't exist! They walked right Infront of my house and I told my wife these pigeons looking at us like caged animals; they visiting the zoo! Politicians should be public servants who promote the will of the people who elect them and not that of the 1% who buys them! Shame on them, the history books will not be kind to these traitors! They never thought she would lose!
