Wasn't the pardon for the J6 committee ? DJT is talking about impeachment number 1 and his treasonous actions. And we all know pencil-neck has many more crimes to be exposed . Pardons won't help.
Doesn't matter, treason is the only offense which has a limit on pardoning. You can pardon the action of treason but, pardons for treason do not extend to its punishment.

So it looks like the pardons are the best way to clean up.If they stay in an impeachable position a pardon won't protect them.Doesnt accepting a pardon equal an admission of guilt.Theoretically they can then be questioned about the pardoned crimes.So everyone pardoned could sing on others for what,protection from impeachment ?

Article III, Section 3 Allows Congress to impose a unique penalty called "corruption of blood," which could bar heirs from inheriting property, money etc. But only if Congress enacts it as part of the punishment.
The president can still pardon for crimes against the "United states" but any state could also charge this person with Treason against the State. Which the federal pardon would not cover.
TRUMP doesn't speak like that unless it's in the works.
I wish it was treasonous, but on the House floor the congress get a looot of leeway in saying things. I am not certain it isn't treason, as treason could probably be charged if he actually committed it.
I really don't want interviews from the Senate, I would rather have investigations from the DOJ and FBI. Charges if applicable and trials for their wrong-doings.

Yes, I believe so. It certainly doesn't matter if they are on the floor speaking or not, theft and corruption are not covered when on the House floor- (except for the words they say) crimes are crimes no matter where they are.

I remember all this bs starting back in the 90s to a greater effect - where clearly people broke the law, but somehow - they didn't get convicted.
It's gone on for WAY too long. Without maintaining justice and upholding the law, chaos ensues - and spreads out, while they keep pushing harder and harder to see what they can get away with - and before long, one little "lie" turns into a HUGE operation of theft, money laundering and treasonous acts. USAID is a prime example.

It is some sort of pirate state empire that is not honoring any of those conventions you mention but they have been attacking many nations on earth & already have have many of them under their control. Once under their control they may use some of those conventions you mention of their various vassal state when appropriate.
