Maybe... or maybe that 1% represents people who just cannot and will not get their heads around the new paradigm of We The People and our relationship with our government. To them, the IRS has always been there and they would be very uncomfortable with it NOT being there. Sad.
If Dan is writing this, there must be something at play. At the very least, narrative seeding. Could be sooner than some think. At the speed in which Trump team is moving, it could actually happen sooner than many think possible.
This is paving the path toward real freedom. If this really happens, the next step must be to move states to do likewise. No state income tax and no local real estate tax. Mandate DOGE audits from top to bottom.
I live in Tennessee and we have no state income tax. It's what draws a lot of people to move here from their respective blue states. However, we do have sales tax and property tax, and I just paid mine this week to the tune of about $1,100 for a medium size house on 1 acre.
Some years ago the Democrats in our state legislature tried to create an income tax, but it was loudly shouted down by the citizens and we've heard no more about it. Democrats... go figure. Always ready to vomit into the punch bowl at the party.
[My hubby has an acquaintance that uses the phrase "Eat my ass". 😁] Our oldest son recently received a letter from the IRS re: income not reported from sales of stock years ago. He has an Accounting degree and is meticulous with facts/details...he knew they were wrong. He found their error, used the Accounting term to identify it for them in his response (instead of assuming they were correct and paying). The IRS response: we need time to review and we'll get back to you. Shut.them.down. already!
Is It going to happen 👍 $5M Gold Card recipients will pay tax to the newly created ERS as these folks are foreigners. Property Taxation also goes away as we return to Constitutional America.
Property Tax is in violation of both the 5th & 14th Amendments. Tax for US Citizens will become voluntary by collecting a consumption tax on non-essential purchases
I live in NJ, which has the highest property taxes in the state. Our house is fully paid off but we're paying the equivalent of a mortgage payment on it. Can't wait to see this all at a local level. Our taxes pay for police and school personnel, and they live very well. Edit to correct error above. Highest property taxes in the country, not state.
Does it mean that we have to wait until 2029 for it to be abolished? Haven’t read the whole thing but it talks about year 2029, in section 101 income tax.
Likely not. SCOTUS already castrated the IRS effectivity with the “Black Summer” rulings on 6-27-24 Admin tax courts unconst., 6-28-24 Chevron Doctrine strikedown of all IRS “rules and regulations” not laws, and 7-1-24 stripping of immunity for all IRS employees for “unofficial acts” which include enforcing nonlaws.
There are numerous paths the make the IRS irrelevant via EO, but audit needs to be completed prior to permanent abolishment. However, it would be perfect if IRS got abolished on April, 15, 2025.
File as needed to hit deadlines, then follow up with 1040-X/Form 4852 one year at a time to amend/revise as you have time. It is not a trivial effort, but becomes easier and faster as you figure it out. Pick year that is on the “5-year Oct15 bubble” first. That would be 2020 right now.
Then come forward to present, then go 2019 backward to 2009, then 2008-1998, etc in 10 year blocks if you still have those returns. Otherwise you can use Social Security statements that show “taxable earnings” to estimate taxes paid in those years if needed to ask for full IRS refund.
Sixteenth Amendment
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
If Feds admit to fraud on the record, then they are on the hook to repay the estimated $600T+ stolen by the IRS since 1913 (including interest, penalties, and loss of use per 203x actual damages in Civil fraud statute).
all of the private foundations in the USA have about $1.5 Trillion. As 501(c)(3) corporations or private family foundation trusts, the IRS oversees these. I think D. Scavino knows this and knows that Soros F. will be audited as well as Bydens, CF…. before abolishment. Ukraine
Or the Treasury Secretary can transfer admin. of the charitable foundations by a T.O. (treasury order) over to a new agency & abolish the IRS ASAP!
There could be 1% out there whose TDS is just so advanced that they would rather continue paying income tax, rather than admitting that President Trump did something great.
This is funny. Literally the one percenters
kek, I laughed for the same reason!

TAX ME DADDY
"Tax me HARDER, Daddy!!"
Tax me baby one more time!
On top of taxation, all covered in fees, I lost my property, when someone filed liens
You are correct.
Bingo!

$1,100 an acre is practically free. Lots of places are 5-10x that, easily.
Bro I make like 30k a year now and live in an apartment and own no land and they say I owe them another 1300? Suck my dick feds
What state do you live in? That might be part of your problem.
nah I'd get some back from state, that's federal bullshit

Question is, how rock solid are these changes so that they can't be perfunctorily reversed by a future administration 🤔
Seems like the narrative has been seeded already, this is water with miracle grow.
Before you fire them all have 100 of them audit all the rest of them.

Same boat. Murphy continues to screw over NJ.
He's a disgrace. One of the seven governors pushing elderly, with Covid, into nursing homes to spread the disease.
That is my prayer Flofrog.

I can only hold off for so long finishing and sending our taxes in, along with what we are going to owe😒

What about Daylight Savings Time? I want it abolished. It’s coming up this weekend.
I want 13 months of 28 days each
Let the one percent keep paying. Let the ninety-nine percent opt out.
H.R. 25 snippet - why isn't "Unconstitutional" listed??:
(1) retards economic growth and has reduced the standard of living of the American public;
(2) impedes the international competitiveness of United States industry;
(3) reduces savings and investment in the United States by taxing income multiple times;
(4) slows the capital formation necessary for real wages to steadily increase;
(5) lowers productivity;
(6) imposes unacceptable and unnecessary administrative and compliance costs on individual and business taxpayers;
(7) is unfair and inequitable;
(8) unnecessarily intrudes upon the privacy and civil rights of United States citizens;
(9) hides the true cost of government by embedding taxes in the costs of everything Americans buy;
(10) is not being complied with at satisfactory levels and therefore raises the tax burden on law-abiding citizens; and
(11) impedes upward social mobility.

Amen to that. Reparations, please.
Need to repeal 16A

Oh dang I conveniently forgot about that amendment. I need to go back to school lol.
(1): I knew taxes was retarded this whole time!
Rofl...voluntary excise tax sold by media and Tax Nazis as mandatory (going to jail if you don’t pay, regardless of actual LAW) = going full retard.
