Which brings INFLATION which creates the need for more and more fiat currency. Hence wife has to work, then then prices go up more and that does not work.
They taxed us to death, stole the good paying jobs, and stole our country's wealth. They then managed to brainwash the left retards that this is/was somehow a good thing.
American workers' productivity went WAY up and saleries were locked in and NEVER went up - not even keeping up with cost of living or INFLATION - the hidden/silent theft/tax that STOLE not only your labor and wealth, but GENERATIONAL WEALTH.
Your family's inheritance, and wealth that Grampy scrimped and saved to gift to his children, was STOLEN.
The government distributed YOUR family's money thru USAID to Democrats and theives. The bankers are vacationing on YOUR yacht right now... while you and your people rack up those credit cards just to put food on the table.
They tricked/seduced our women into becoming money grubbing frigid and barren whores by convincing them that their loving hearts, raising children and PROTECTING THEM from the MACHINE and troons wasn't a vital part of American life - Now look at most families... Wrecked, confused, stupid, numb, unhealthy, fat and broken where everybody gets their own room, a/c and TV - so nobody has to talk to anyone else, while everyone dies inside in their room a little more every day.
Yes, the property taxes in the NE are just criminal when you look at what it goes to. People up here brag about how good the public schools are, but the average cost per student per year is over $20,000! However, when you look at average SAT scores, the southern school kids actually score higher! (but I just realized it may be because only a fraction of the southern school kids take the SAT, in comparison with the northern schools)
We get that here, but it's not really an exemption from taxes, just an exemption from paying the even higher amount for people who don't live in the house.
Looks a little like my son's house in Binghamton, NY. He saved money after college for two years, bought a foreclosure for $42,000, got help fixing it up, and is now married with first child there. His wife plans to homeschool, and no outside job for her in the foreseeable future.
The list is long, communist take over of our educational system, politicians with dual citizenship, admission of China Into the WTO, fiat currency by the fed, stolen elections, rogue intelligence agencies, feminism, corrupt corporations, etc, et al.
Home builders survey show that 29% of the cost of a medium priced new home is attributed to regulation. This included development cost and construction cost.
I remember when tarp funds were being handed out to cities after the 2008 financial crisis, government forced us to use international building codes rather than UBC codes.
After the painful times people will be working less and we will easily have these possessions again. Trump is potus.
Children get rescued, and everybody gets to prosper. Everyone will have bigger houses than those old esbestos and lead filled shits they used to build. Be patient. The movie isnt over yet.
In 1950, the average house price in the United States was a mere $7,354.
Today, that might sound like a steal, but adjusted for inflation, that's roughly $93,602.08 in 2024 dollars.
To put this into perspective, the average house price in 2024 is about 12.73 times higher than it was in 1950.
When they tricked Women to go into the Work Force, they competed with their own Nation. There has to be financial incentives for Women to stay at home while the fathers work. The American Baby Boom 2.0
My parents owned their first home in their mid twenties. My dad was a WWII veteran, and VA loans didn't require a down payment. We lived in one of those housing developments where all the houses were the same. Don't care the house was very nice and new and we loved it. Few people in my parent's family ever owned their own home, and we lived on just my father's income. Those same houses now sell in the high eight hundreds.
Nice! I had a friend who grew up in Levittown, the houses were very similar to ours. We had a two bedroom with a fireplace in the living room. I think my dad paid ten grand for it, and it had a full basement and big yard, and backed up to a beautiful wooded area.
Women in the workplace. Off shoring jobs, importing illegal laborers..... im sure theres more.
Fractional Reserve Banking.
Destruction of the Gold Standard/backing of the US Federal Reserve Note with gold.
And the financialization and hypothecation of eeveryyyyythiiiiiiinggggg.

Yes the "Family Courts" are un-Constitutional and un-American and need to be pushed into the ocean.
Which brings INFLATION which creates the need for more and more fiat currency. Hence wife has to work, then then prices go up more and that does not work.
That was well underway by the 50s already...
Communism came to the USA. McCarthy was right, but he was too late.
The Globalist agenda unfolded as planned for decades, is what went wrong

RE: https://wtfhappenedin1971.com/
The property taxes on many homes now are more than what the houses cost back in the 40's and 50's!
For sure... especially in the northeast...
A laughed my butt off when a friend in Tennessee whined his property tax is , "Over $1,000 now!"
"You mean per quarter, right?"
"No, a year!"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The people voted to let the government steal from their children so long as they got a little kickback.
In sane taxes and regulations.

Nothing went wrong. It went exactly as planned.
Wasn't quite that good --- this would be like a doctor's house.
A little bit exaggerated.
They turned home ownership into slavery.

wages did not keep up with inflation.
Supply of labor doubled, making the pay go down, probably by a LOT.
2a) lower demand for jobs. More supply, less demand, means pay goes down.
Triple Whammy.
EXACTLY!!!!!!
