You know, I just had a random thought after going through all of that and i had to share because this is going to be FUN:
During the "Biden" years, many anons noticed we were getting multiple Bidens out in public. Not just the basic body double, but what appeared to be what we liked to call the "masked biden"...here's where the fun begins:
The set-up:
Let's put ourselves in the real Biden's shoes for a moment. Let's just say he's been alive the entire time, up until recent...or at least through the majority of his "term". If you are him, being the known criminal you are, being completely controlled by MIL with nothing you can do about it...you are in quite the pickle.
The fun:
The MIL now has full control over you. They march you out into the public, writing your speeches (just one of many examples here). Some of them you are ok with, so you go out there and play along foolishly. Some of them you are NOT ok with. They may be sensitize topics or too damning for you to show face. What about any other event, or public showing that can be thrown into the same category?
To keep it more level headed, we can just say that Biden couldn't play the part at that specific time. He'd give it away of what's going on.
In these types of situations, WHAT IF, the MIL just said "Fuck it, we're going to get what we want anyways in the end. NCSWIC." so they march out an actor/masked Biden. They take the opportunity to also humiliate him in the process (I don't need to show you the literal countless Biden gaffs that are out there) while dropping crumbs to the anons for security of the ongoing plan (mask slips).
It's funny thinking to me actually now that I go back and read this. I can actually see the MIL doing this at times just to have a little fun in the process, while giving anons little nods and laughs along the way.
I think we have reached that point but it will become more abundantly clear as the year progresses. So far we are being shown how corrupt and deep the judicial system truly is.
I dwell on this thought: If you are here illegally, then you do not have a RIGHT to be here. If you do not even have a right to BE HERE, how can you claim rights FROM being here? You do not have a right to claim such rights, since they are contingent on being rightfully here.
This is like saying you cannot evict a trespasser unless you sue them in court.
its funny because the narrative is "youre racist" if we want our border to matter - like EVERY nation doesnt have borders that you cant just walk across as u wish lol
Hell, shoutout to the Whiskey War, Canada vs Denmark. most wholesome war ever.
I wholly agree. Like objecting to trespassers is "racist"? (If anything, the leftist critics are the racist ones for insisting those of a certain race be exempted from the rule of law that should apply to all.)
"In 1984, Canadian soldiers visited the island and planted a Canadian flag, also leaving a bottle of Canadian whisky.[10] The Danish Minister of Greenland Affairs came to the island himself later the same year with the Danish flag, a bottle of snaps, and a letter stating "Welcome to the Danish Island" (Velkommen til den danske ø).[11][12][13] The two countries proceeded to take turns planting their flags on the island and exchanging alcoholic beverages"
The Constitution is for citizens of the states of the Union. It is not for anyone else. So if somebody came into this country illegally they are citizens of a different country and are not subject to the jurisdiction of this country and it's constitution. Therefore, they have no right to habeous corpus.

What SC decision opened the door for a sitting President to activate - what must be showed?
At this point in the movie, I genuinely believe that anyone that is still against Trump is either a brainwashed sheep or a criminal trying to avoid prosection!
Our government doesn't have the power to suspend Habeus Corpus. The People did not delegate this power to government, and if government does it, they are usurping undelegated power.
Congress has the authority to suspend Habeas Corpus and can pass laws allowing the President to do so as they did with the Habeas Corpus Suspension Act of 1863.
The Habeas Corpus Suspension Act, 12 Stat. 755 (1863), entitled An Act relating to Habeas Corpus, and regulating Judicial Proceedings in Certain Cases, was an Act of Congress that authorized the president of the United States to suspend the right of habeas corpus in response to the American Civil War and provided for the release of political prisoners. It began in the House of Representatives as an indemnity bill, introduced on December 5, 1862, releasing the president and his subordinates from any liability for having suspended habeas corpus without congressional approval.[1] The Senate amended the House's bill,[2] and the compromise reported out of the conference committee altered it to qualify the indemnity and to suspend habeas corpus on Congress's own authority.[3] Abraham Lincoln signed the bill into law on March 3, 1863, and suspended habeas corpus under the authority it granted him six months later. The suspension was partially lifted with the issuance of Proclamation 148 by Andrew Johnson,[4] and the Act became inoperative with the end of the Civil War. The exceptions to Johnson's Proclamation 148 were the States of Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas, the District of Columbia, and the Territories of New Mexico and Arizona.
Illegal aliens kill and maim Americans every single day, either by willful intent, or by accident.
There is no question that illegal aliens as a group are objectively a danger to public safety.

That very same government is infringing on those very rights by interfering with our right to self-defense, right to defend our families, our neighbors, our communities, and our right to defend our property.
The 2nd A was a reminder to government that it could NOT do any of the above.
Regardless, our rights are a gift of our Creator, and exist whether government agrees with them, or not.
We have allowed our government to severely hurt our ability to handle these matters, as intended by the framers of our Constitution.
We have no militia's left to speak of, thanks to our government villainizing them with their propaganda and false rhetoric. A gross violation of the prohibition of government infringement of our preexisting God-given right. I feel we can use the military, or national guard, in a very specific and targeted manner to root out the cartels and illegal immigrant gangs that have infiltrated our cities. Strick rules of engagement need to be in place to prevent American citizens being accidentally targeted by our troops.
I feel we should also have Letters of Marque issued to have these illegal immigrant gangs neutralized. We have plenty of groups, with seasoned combat veterans, that can be engaged to deal with these internal threats.
Last, but not least, repeal all unconstitutional laws targeting our right to form militia's, our right to bear arms, and our right to self defense.
The solution, in my opinion? We need to seriously start considering forming local militia's in every community around America, just as intended by the founders of our Constitutional Republic. These would not be controlled by government, but could choose to assist government, if requested.
I am a firm believer in the fact that we all have a spiritual, moral, and personal responsibility to protect ourselves, our families, our property, and our communities from all threats.
Everyone should be armed and fully trained in the use of the weapons they choose to own and use. Everyone should have emergency plans in place for their households, and should be rehearsing these plans with their families to the point that if something were to happen, everyone knows their role, and what they are supposed to do in SHTF situation.
Taken to the next level, if you have good and dependable neighbors, is a neighborhood plan to coordinate defensive actions across larger areas of responsibility. The recent events in the Southeastern United States, as well as the cartel activity along our borders, should make it very plain why this would be a wise course of action, not only for defense, but for coming to the aid of our communities in times like these. We need to relearn what it is to be neighbors and build communities of people who care about each other and protect & take care of each other. Neighbors that have each others backs.
When seconds count, the government (including police) are minutes away. In events like we face today, government is either absent, or if they do show up, dictatorial in their response. When tyrannical government is involved, they will be even slower to respond or help. Just look at how Biden & Harris are handled the aftermath of the latest hurricane to devastate the southeastern United States.
I believe that we should form local community militias as well as form regional militia networks in each state. These militias would train together on a regular basis. They would support each other to protect their communities and citizens from criminals, gangs, government tyranny, invasions, etc.
With the real threat of attacks on Americans, this is more important than ever. We are in more danger within our borders today than we have ever been at any other time in the history of our Republic. Not since the War of 1812, and the Revolutionary War, have we faced the threat of foreign attacks domestically, and within our cities, suburbs, and communities. By reclaiming our right to form militia's, we no longer have to rely on government. We can help ourselves, and our communities. Just as our Creator intended, as recognized by the framers of our Constitution.
The framers of our Constitution did not delegate any such authority to the government. That would mean the government rules over the people, which is not the case. It would also mean that the Declaration of Independence is also wrong.
Again, that is not the case. All power delegated to government comes from the people. The people are masters over government, not the other way around. Therefore, government cannot have power to suspend the rights of the people. To say so is to say that rights are controlled by government, and not conferred upon us by our Creator.
“But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” ~ Declaration of Independence
“The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men.” ~ Samuel Adams (1722-1803), was known as the "Father of the American Revolution."
“The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, equally in war and in peace, and covers with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. No doctrine, involving more pernicious consequences, was ever invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism, but the theory of necessity on which it is based is false; for the government, within the Constitution, has all the powers granted to it, which are necessary to preserve its existence; as has been happily proved by the result of the great effort to throw off its just authority.” ~ Justice David Davis (1815-1886) U.S. Supreme Court Justice 1862-1877
Ex parte Milligan 71 U.S. 2 (1866) DAVIS, J., Opinion of the Court
“Emergency does not create power. Emergency does not increase granted power or remove or diminish the restrictions imposed upon power granted or reserved. The Constitution was adopted in a period of grave emergency. Its grants of power to the federal government and its limitations of the power of the States were determined in the light of emergency, and they are not altered by emergency.” ~ Justice Charles Evans Hughes (1862-1948) Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court
Home Building & Loan Assn v. Blairsdell, 1934
“I am not a friend to a very energetic government. It is always oppressive. It places the governors indeed more at their ease at the expense of the people. The late rebellion in Massachusetts has given much more alarm than I think it should have done. Calculate that one rebellion in thirteen States in the course of eleven years is but one for each State in a century and a half. No country should be so long without one. Nor will any degree of power in the hands of the government prevent insurrections. In England, where the hand of power is heavier than with us, there are seldom half a dozen years without an insurrection. In France, where it is still heavier but less despotic, as Montesquieu supposes, than in some other countries and where there are always two or three hundred thousand men ready to crush insurrections, there have been three in the course of the three years I have been here, in every one of which greater numbers were engaged than in Massachusetts.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President
Letter to James Madison, Paris, December 20, 1787. The Political Writings Of Thomas Jefferson 67-68 (Dumbauld Ed. 1955)
“... whenever the Legislators endeavour to take away, and destroy the Property of the People, or to reduce them to Slavery under Arbitrary Power, they put themselves into a state of War with the People, who are thereupon absolved from any farther Obedience, and are left to the common refuge which God hath provided for all men against force and violence. ... [Power then] devolves to the People, who have a Right to resume their original Liberty, and, by the Establishment of a new Legislative (such as they shall think fit) provide for their own Safety and Security, which is the end for which they are in Society.” ~ John Locke (1632-1704) English philosopher and political theorist
Second Treatise of Civil Government [1690], #222 (Lasslet Edition, Cambridge University Press, 1960), p. 460-461; French translation by David Mazel (1691): Traité de gouvernement civil (Paris: Garnier-Flammarion, 1984), pp. 348-349
Article I, Section 9, Clause 2, which states, "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."
The men that founded our Constitutional Republic were, themselves, rebels, and revolutionaries. They rebelled against tyrannical government to form our Republic. They did not delegate power to our government to suspend our rights because those rights come from God, not man.
They also intended for us to have superior firepower over our government to hold government in check. Not only was government prohibited to infringe in any way on our right to own and carry arms, but also from infringing on our right to form militia's that were intended to be able to defeat any standing military formed by our government.
In other words, our founders would be appalled at the thought that people today were depending on the military to save us when they knew full well that a standing military was the bane of liberty.
Some of you have seem to be ignorant of the founding principles of our Republic, of the source of rights, and the intent of the framers of our Constitution.
I am not saying that there are not White Hats in the military, but I do not believe that the military is the only way, either. History proves that military coups usually end up in a military dictatorship, and not in a liberated people.
Maybe this time will be different.
I believe that the military can only do this successfully, and the right way, only be being assisted by those truly responsible for standing up against the tyranny of our day. They can be identified by looking into a mirror.
Yes, it is. Abraham Lincoln committed a crime by declaring a war to stop the secession of the Southern States. he violated both States Rights, and Individual Rights.
“But the indissoluble link of union between the people of the several States of this confederated nation is, after all, not in the RIGHT, but in the HEART. If the day should ever come (may Heaven avert it !) when the affections of the people of these States shall be alienated from each other, when the fraternal spirit shall give way to cold indifference, or collision of interests shall fester into hatred, the bonds of political association - will not long hold together parties no longer attracted by the magnetism of conciliated interests and kindly sympathies ; and far better will it be for the people of the disunited States to part in friendship with each other than to be held together by constraint. Then will be the time for reverting to the precedents which occurred at the formation and adoption of the Constitution, to form again a more perfect Union, by dissolving that which could no longer bind, and to leave the separated parts to be reunited by the law of political gravitation to the center.” ~ John Quincy Adams (1767-1848) 6th US President
in his discourse before the New York Historical Society, in 1839
“A national government is a government of the people of a single state or nation, united as a community by what is termed the 'social compact,’ and possessing complete and perfect supremacy over persons and things, so far as they can be made the lawful objects of civil government. A federal government is distinguished from a national government by its being the government of a community of independent and sovereign states, united by compact.” ~ Black's Law Dictionary
Piqua Branch Bank v. Knoup, 6 Ohio St. 393. [Black's Law Dictionary, Revised Fourth Edition, 1968, p. 1176]
“[T]he only thing wrong with Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address was that it was the South, not the North, that was fighting for a government of the people, by the people and for the people.” ~ H. L. Mencken (1880-1956) American Journalist, Editor, Essayist, Linguist, Lexicographer, and Critic
“If the States were not left to leave the Union when their rights were interfered with, the government would have been National, but the Convention refused to baptize it by that name.” ~ Daniel Webster (1782-1852) US Senator
June 1, 1837; Works 1:403
...and we would still have slavery too if he had not done it. Like I said, not always cut and dry. No system of law is perfect. Ours just happens to be the best one yet.
Actually, not true. Slavery was already on its way out, but that isn't relevant to the point. The point is that Lincoln used slavery as his excuse to violate the limits of power, attack States rights, and start a war to force his will on sovereign States and people.
If you are okay with that, then you have no grounds to support Trump over Biden, Harris, or any other enemy of the Constitution.
It is also apparent that you do not understand the nature of the government established by the framers of our Constitution, nor the critical importance the Constitution has in legitimacy of government.
In the case of the Constitution, it is always cut and dried. It is either delegated, or it is not.
I've heard your argument many many times and I agree with most of it. I know slavery was part of the issue and that states rights and taxes were also major parts. It was a complicated scenario, the details of which are debatable. At the end of the day we had a civil war and the union won. The confederates were pro slavery and the source of the modern day democrats. They were the deep state. They assassinated Abraham Lincoln before he could complete his job of fixing the country. They have already tried to kill trump many times. Trump will completely abolish the deep state and show the people the true history of our country and world.
Although I voted for Trump, and support much of what he is / has done, I place my faith in God, and not in man, even one like Trump.
I would also point out that only the deep state benefited from the death of State sovereignty and rights, while everyone and everything else suffered from that death, especially our Constitutional Republic.
Cut the free food stamp doobies, medicaid coverage and monthly stipend and you will boost those numbers. Then, enforce E-Verify and go after the employers who don't comply. Double those numbers, easily.
^^^yup, cut off benefits, food housing, cash, phones, healthcare, anchor baby status, ability to work and most importantly, their abiloty to SEND money abroad and they will all leave. It costs us nothing to make it inhospitable for them to be here.

They came in outside of the law, they go back also outside of any law protecting them.

the illegals are weaponized, they're basically hitmen at temu prices. it aint about "who" they are much less where they from.
we're in the history books right now i just dont know what the pages will say

Bingo.
Makes total sense to be but I’m not a bleeding heart liberal.
Exactly, they are illegals they are not citizens of this country, NO DUE PROCESS

You remember all of those FEMA camps built to "detain" people who resisted taking the Covid "vax" and refused to quarantine?
Well... those prison camps are all still available. Built by Democrats... for Democrats. They might have built their own detention camps.
That would be poetic justice..
That’s pretty cool. Make your bed and lie in it has a whole new meaning.

Supreme Court Justice 1862-1877 Ex parte Milligan 71 U.S.
Supreme Court Home Building & Loan Assn v.
In France, where it is still heavier but less despotic, as Montesquieu supposes, than in some other countries and where there are always two or three hundred thousand men ready to crush insurrections, there have been three in the course of the three years I have been here, in every one of which greater numbers were engaged than in Massachusetts.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Letter to James Madison, Paris, December 20, 1787. The Political Writings Of Thomas Jefferson 67-68 (Dumbauld Ed. 1955)
“... whenever the Legislators endeavour to take away, and destroy the Property of the People, or to reduce them to Slavery under Arbitrary Power, they put themselves into a state of War with the People, who are thereupon absolved from any farther Obedience, and are left to the common refuge which God hath provided for all men against force and violence. ... [Power then] devolves to the People, who have a Right to resume their original Liberty, and, by the Establishment of a new Legislative (such as they shall think fit) provide for their own Safety and Security, which is the end for which they are in Society.” ~ John Locke (1632-1704) English philosopher and political theorist Second Treatise of Civil Government [1690], #222 (Lasslet Edition, Cambridge University Press, 1960), p.
What words do you not understand?
Tell that to Abraham Lincoln. It's not always cut and dry.
Then will be the time for reverting to the precedents which occurred at the formation and adoption of the Constitution, to form again a more perfect Union, by dissolving that which could no longer bind, and to leave the separated parts to be reunited by the law of political gravitation to the center.” ~ John Quincy Adams (1767-1848) 6th US President in his discourse before the New York Historical Society, in 1839
“A national government is a government of the people of a single state or nation, united as a community by what is termed the 'social compact,’ and possessing complete and perfect supremacy over persons and things, so far as they can be made the lawful objects of civil government. A federal government is distinguished from a national government by its being the government of a community of independent and sovereign states, united by compact.” ~ Black's Law Dictionary Piqua Branch Bank v.
“If the States were not left to leave the Union when their rights were interfered with, the government would have been National, but the Convention refused to baptize it by that name.” ~ Daniel Webster (1782-1852) US Senator June 1, 1837; Works 1:403
...and we would still have slavery too if he had not done it.
That was amazing this morning!
Yes! God bless Tom Homan!! 🙏
Stickied because, yeah, g a w is ahead of the game
I heard on Clay and Buck today that the most they can get rid of is 350K a year--out of 20 million.
53.3 years. Uh oh.
