$2.74 for 87 octane yesterday at Costco in Southeast Florida! Hopefully prices keep going down! But I am patient and a smart consumer while we “trans,” ha!

Still $3.64/gal 87 regular near me...
Same here, but its a Democrat controlled area so obviously they are still trying to maintain Biden gas prices.
There are definitely price controls everywhere. My little city changes prices in sync. AND ITS NOT BECAUSE THE SAME DUDE OWNS ALL THE GAS STATIONS. Rich rat bastard
California? Cali piles on a shitload of taxes.
California only posts state and federal tax on the pumps so most residents don't really know how much tax they pay per gallon.
TOTAL PER GALLON CA GAS TAX: $1.43
NJ
Figures. Price is also higher because you’re not allowed to pump your own gas.
No because Murphy McPOS taxed the hell out of it.
Jersey used to have some of the cheapest gas in the country because there are a number of refineries here.
Washington State is the only other that pumps it ...I still do my own anyway. Diesel not applicable... so yanno.
We’re about the same in central Texas - but just spent the weekend in Fresno, CA - hovering around $5 - and the cost of EVERYTHING was nutty.
$2.64 this morning in AR
Same in KY. $2.66 at Kroger.
Same, also Ky. Was $1.25 in my area first Trump term.
Gosh, another reason to consider moving to Arkansas! I believe Arkansas’ greatness will soon be recognized all over, like Florida! Go Arkansas!
We’ve got a great governor, have heard she’s difficult to deal with though. Keep it to Northwest Arkansas if you come for a visit. Growing like crazy.
Thank u for the recommendation! =)
Thanks for the Florida update. Still 75 cents more a gallon in Central Florida
I was in Kissimmee around Easter and saw crazy prices above $3.00! I hope relief comes soon for all!
It was Easter. We are used to high gas prices to rape the tourists.
Haha crazy, I forgot about that!
The ethanol boondoggle is one of the most aggravating ones in U.S. history. Not only was it started under the guise of "fighting global warming", but the amount of total energy involved with producing one gallon is more than the energy derived from burning it! Unfortunately, the lobbyists and politicians in the big ethanol states will likely NEVER allow the ethanol boondoggle to end due to the Federal money used to prop the whole industry up.
If it has to be subsidized it doesn't work
SE NC coastal plains..... Cheapest gas here is now $2.81/gallon of regular. Went up again.
Darn, quick relief to u too Swim!
Real gas or ethonol?
I pay about 3.75 for 91 real gas with is very good here in Oklahoma.
All 87, 89 and 91 octane gasoline bought at the pumps has 10% ethanol unless you are buying recreational fuel which will be clearly marked. Rec fuel in Michigan is usually nearly a buck more than the 91 gas you put in your car. My generators, zero turn mower and Polaris Ranger all take rec fuel only. Cars are engineered to use the ethanol blend and probably operate better on it.
Straight 87 octane from Costco (I only get gas from Costco, BJ’s or Sams’s) b/c I do weekend shopping at those places outside of Publix.
Real or fake gas?
Hmmm, I believe real gas, I haven’t seen ethanol labels.
Real gas is more expensive, but you get better mileage and no issues of water mixing with the alcohol, and it lasts longer.
Cool thanks for the info, will pay attention from now on. I am assuming it’s real b/c i usually have to refuel every 2 weeks while i still have more than 1/4 left.
A lot of states don't give you a choice, and only sell the ethanol gas.
Today's engines are engineered to run on gas with up to 10% ethanol.
Wow, again, good to know, gracias!
We’re about the same in central Texas - but just spent the weekend in Fresno, CA - hovering around $5 - and the cost of EVERYTHING was nutty.
$3ish in my area in NoVA for regular.
$3.50ish for super.
Yeah, keep seeing reports that gas prices are dropping, but, (in Lousiana), they haven't dropped at all. Mostly the same price everywhere I have been. Only a few cents difference if any at all. I'm calling bullshit on this one.
Minnesota gas has gone up and down a lot the last few years but for some reason hasn’t been as high as most places. Maybe Canada gas refining that happens here has an impact. It has stayed around $3 a gallon a lot
$3.43 in central PA.
Seen 2.99...but currently 3.23 in ohio
I fillrd up yesterday, in central PA. It was $3.24. Haven't checked today. 87 octane.
Quick relief to u, Paul!
Taxes in excess of $1.00 on gas in PA.
Thank you Ray Bastard Wolf and Commie Shapiro.
Yea, I forgot! Get rid of gas taxes!!!
Yes.
The roads are horrible here.
I paid 2.69 today in the Appalachians.
Still getting cornholed for $3.50 in northern Nevada, living next door to Cali has its disadvantages…

Awesome thanks! Gotta save that link!
2.54 for regular in my town.
Gas and Eggs are the 2 most basic items that impact food costs. With gas prices down hopefully some food prices will come down a bit more.
They need to come down a lot more than "a bit."
Yes, $2.00 per gallon and same price for eggs would be nice nation wide.
$2.58 on the FL panhandle.
It's been hovering at about $3.00/gallon here in NC for three months. Except where Loves and Pilot are on opposite sides of the 4-lane. Kek. You get the Tar Heel discount of $2.89.
$2.79 in northwest NJ. Of course there's always the weirdness of another station a few miles away charging $3.09...
We never hear about gas prices nowadays. Because they are awesome.
4.09 at Costco central CA yesterday. Plus they give 5% cash back for Costco gasoline purchases.
3.69 a gallon in Medford Oregon. Democrats suck
$4.09 here in Commiefornia
Last time I got gas in my and my mom's vehicles, reg gas was $2.52/gal and premium was $3.14/gal. That was a couple weeks ago. Southern Louisiana here
Still 3.99 - 4.39 here in western WA
$2.44 in central TX right now
I’m out of pocket right now but I’ll check FL tomorrow and NC on Tuesday but last week NC was still well over $3.00/gal for UNL and ~$3.50/gal diesel.
I think he was referring to gasoline futures instead of nationwide retail prices. Every state has a different tax but I did see futures under $2 last week.
