I remember clearly being pinned into a rotating bed for 2 weeks waiting surgery after an accident... morphine was absolute HELL... I'd sleep for a few hours, wake up thinking it was 8 hours but only like 30 min went by ... the nights lasted forever... absolute hell.
All i could do was stare at the ceiling tiles... couldn't see TV - no periscope. Internet??? Nah dude... still being developed. No mobile phones... no Internet, no TV - about a week in somebody brought me a radio and that was like heaven.
I feel I'm better equipped to deal with "solitary confinement" at this point...if I had to. Now I know I am (just as you are) the infinite alpha and Omega just playing around in this construct called earth for a while. You can put me anywhere...my soul will thrive because I know the truth - I've seen through Christ's eyes...
I hope you find peace - I hope you learn to throttle back your mind into stillness - because the very thing - the absolute pinnacle of what you have sought your entire life, can only be found within the completely still, silence of your being. God himself dwells there... behind the layers of distractions, monkey chatter thoughts and relentless pursuits - verily I tell you this fren....
The answer is NOT "out there" - it's deep within. Ascension... It's hard to embrace stillness if the curiousity and pattern recognition of the mind is getting high off the endorphins of the pursuit... just know that the ultimate truth isn't going to be found using the brain... the exact opposite...

Death...well...it seemed after i turned 18, life wanted to serve me a big steaming pile...or was it a cold pile? Like when the dog leaves you a special present in the middle of the night and you, all chinky eyed don't see it and you feel the cold greasy pile extrude between your bare toes....(He used to try blaming it on the Easter bunny, but dude...it was like November and shit)
Days of death... First grandfather...11 days later...2nd grandfather...100 days later, mom....6 months later I'm in the hospital with 5 broken vertebrae...then the days of darkness really set in ...
It's my early experience with darkness that led me to pursue the True Light of God...as in - cut the bullshit, no long drawn out slow walking - stick all religion up your collective asses, WTF am i even doing here? Only through the pointings of trusted frens was I able to find what I sought my whole life within...
Now let me offer a possibility... because YOU know there's no such thing as coincidence. Take your situation, and ask why. For what reason are you on the side of the proverbial road with your hazards on right now? If for nothing else, it could be that you and you alone are capable of delivering a message in such a way that nobody else can... and the "universe" has tapped you to do it .... BUT you can't do it, unless you're pigeon holed into being incapacitated long enough to focus and actually do it. THIS (just my example BTW, certainly NOT gospel) could be the entire reason you are here at this time. You just don't know...yet.
