This is related to Obama's deep involvement with NK and his setting them up as a Deep State asset. Joe Lange writes extensively on the Deep State's assets and the White Hats' operational takedown of the DS's networks. Here is just one article (of hundreds?) that he wrote specifically of NK and how their puppet strings got cut by the WHs, although he also mainly talks about Armenia first. Did you know that Armenia was also a rogue nuclear state? And that the WHs took down a network of seven supercomputers across both states?

Remember the missile alert over Hawaii on January 13, 2018? They said it was a false alarm, but in its wake on January 24, 2018, Obama "lawyered up". Later in July 2018 Q produced an image of the missile launch, linked it to the WH victory in NK, and confirmed that an F-16 shot the missile down with a specialized weapons package.

It’s a nod to the events of 8 years ago and it’s comms about Obama. Not much of Q#152 involves Mt Fuji except that Japan ain’t far from NK, and was in the firing line from big bad rocket-man, and maybe that Mt Fuji is still an active volcano ready to erupt?

Actually, I love the "100%", part, which in fact is your conviction: 'I 100% believe that Dan is part of the Q operation' and not 'he's 100% part of it'.
Since the Q drops, most anons have surmised and concluded that Dan was involved on some level, due to the fractional deltas between Q drops and "Q+" speeches.
But whether he's included in the 3 civilians in the "less than 10', well, we continue to speculate. The less than 10 refers to those who know the whole picture, which does not preclude there being dozens, hundreds or more involved on some level who are working on a need to know basis.
We can speculate, and we can believe, but we do not know. Personally, I think there is an extreme high chance that Dan is part of the whole plan.
I changed "is Scavino Q?" to "Is Scavino 'part of' Q" to emphasize that Q was a team of individuals, at least, the team that was posting as Q on the chans.
