It just occurred to me that the point of investigation is to find information that could lead to a crimiinal charge, arrest, and/or conviction.

But Q has repeatedly said: "We have it all."

So what's the point of announcing an "investigation" if we have it all--by definition, having everything we need?

I know optics plays a role, yes. But blogs like The Conservative Treehouse (Sundance) have taught me to actively distrust "investigations" because they are designed to go nowhere are are only meant to placate the public until the outrage blows over, at which point Washington resumes normal corrupt business. "Chaff and countermeasures," as he likes to say.

I apologize if this sounds distrustful, but I have a curiosity itch that needs scratching.
