The conservatives usually go any place other than Reno or Vegas. It is far more conservative in other places. Only 28% of voters, voted in the last mayoral election. Giuliani won as a republican, but nyc has gone downhill since then and repubs moved out. It is possible for Sliwa to win but slim. They had the election close in a poll with Cuomo dropping out.
