Intel allegedly got caught violating technology export restrictions. They were illegally selling technology to China. 10% stake diluted all existing shareholders because new shares were issued. Reportedly, Trump is now "shadow Chairman of the Board" (or his delegate) with ability to remove any board of director member as part of the deal.
Note that one normally needs 51% of the equity to have board control, so either Trump got a really good deal or Intel was doing some seriously illegal shit.

Correct. Stakes in corporations and other resources are being gathered up for Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF). Projected out it looks like Social Security funding will be coming from "allocations" of SWF. But the citizenship issue needs to be resolved first so ONLY legitimate citizens (no birthright unnaturalized anchor babies) get a stake. So SWF timeline is at least out to Summer 2026 due to SCOTUS schedule on 14th Amendment review.

Start with the Meat Packing plants that needlessly sit Idle to increase price and demand. $20 to $30 a pound for choice grade meat is criminal.
Also look at the retail side of things as the two work hand in hand, best national example I would offer you on this issue is COSTCO itself. Buyers used to twist arms to get the best price and these days they have no fight at all as they are making money hand over fist as there is no reason to fight anything.

Typical time from criminal indictment to end of appeal without an expedited process, tribunals, or group trial of some sort. Most corporations will settle. Especially egregious behavior (beef processing) needs to see individual indictments, trials, and sentencing as a VERY PUBLIC example. Probably, only 1 person punished harshly and publicly will get the message across, and everyone else will capitulate and start singing.
I think I'm just ready for the military to determine that the corruption of the country is way beyond the President's ability to fix, and way beyond the court system to fix in a timely manner, and Trump should therefore declare Martial Law until the country is cleaned up, or 12 months, or whichever comes first. They switched to AMD. So far the best german engineers haven't been able to find backdoors but they are concerned about hw vulnerabilities in the internal secondary cpu (cpu in a cpu) and some of its more opaque functions. AMD has taken the lead because their processors offer way more value than Intel's at this moment. Their CPU sockets also have extremely long lives - AM4 is like 9 years old at this point. Intel's sockets last 2 processor generations and then you need a new board to upgrade. Buying AMD is cheaper right now and in the future.
