In general, I typically agree with the actions you guys take. I read the mod logs nearly every day and there's rarely any type of dubious action taken. Just commonsense board clean up for the most part.

The very practice of recognizing people's skin colors as valid identifiers is racist in and of itself. A truly "non-racist" society would view skin color just as we now view eye color. Yea, they're different, but it doesn't make much of a difference.
However, if we analyzed all the currently identified racial groups, we would notice that they actually have cultural differences amongst each other. Forcing these groups to meld with one another is not meant to be cohesive. This is exactly why the left loves to push racism. We are meant to thrive within our own tribes, not be forced to assimilate with one another. This conflict creates noise and distraction from the real problems in our country. Thus, the racism paradox has boggled our collective minds for decades upon decades.
I find they don't use the word (soft R) for another black person but it just means dude to them as call anybody with the soft R version regardless of race. I use the yiddish term schvartze (Yiddish for "Black") as no one knows what it means to be offended by it.
