Maybe the regular TSA agents are so butt hurt over how they are being portrayed by the media they are intentionally slowing down the check in process. Once the ICE agents show up they realize some heavy eyes are now on their performance and they stop slowing down the checks.
Very possible. The saying that TSA stands for, "Thousands Standing Around" isn't unfounded. They seem to always operate in SLOW mode with many closed/unmanned lines even during peak busy times. One might logically assume there might be a directive to NOT work too fast or efficiently so that no one looks bad or loses their job if it were proved that the job could ve done by 40%-60% fewer people.

Maybe the long lines were actually the illegals trying to relocate. ICE scared them off. LoL

I think that is the case it would be interesting to look at train use and bus travel to see if there was a shift in how illegals travel.
Realistically, illegals are a huge portion of the population. The numbers people talk about are insane- 50m just during the Biden years. If true, that would mean about 1 in every 6 people in the country are illegal without counting the illegals who were here before Biden.
I don't know the actual numbers, and I'm skeptical of anyone who says they know with certainly, but I wouldn't be too surprised if the number was 1 illegal for every 5 citizens. Of course traffic will be lighter when you post ICE agents at the airport.

ICE showed up and they made themselves scarce.
It would be interesting to find out if these videos were made at comparable times. In other words, was one done at 2 o’clock in the morning on a Tuesday and the other one done at 5 PM on Friday of the holiday week end? If they’re comparable times, something is rotten in Denmark! And in the United States!
How would it be viewed by the American Public IF ICE were to show up at polling places in the most heavily populated cities in the country during our election season this year?
I can't speak for the rest of the American public but, THIS member of the American public would view it very favorably
The timing with the "No Kings" protest is sus. Perhaps it was to dampen the turnout of illegals.
Wife traveled today (Sunday) through Atlanta and said it was super smooth and quick. She thanked every ICE Agent she saw.
The TSA has always been security theatre. And the amount of abuse I've seen some TSA agents direct towards the public (including the elderly) is at times, stomach-churning.
Not surprised that things are running better now. Perhaps an object lesson is being given.
THAT is the truth. When you take 30 million illegals out of the country, think of all the job openings that will occur! Think of all the price DECREASES simply caused by Supp;y and Demand!
Interesting article...it does make you wonder. My friend flew home to PA on Thursday and said it was smooth sailing at FT Lauderdale airport and her flight was not even full. She didn't see any ICE agents there. I wonder how many people cancelled their flights thinking ICE would be there?

I just flew and iCE was there. Way respectful and efficient.
The TSA hasn't found a single terrorist. ICE is proving we don't need TSA. Close down TSA and a host pf problems are gone. Scratch your head on that for a while.
A long article to suggest in the end that ….there are way more illegals in this country than we thought. I agree with additional comments that ICE presence is also forcing TSA agents to step it up.
