Exactly. That's "willful ignorance " imo. I've read several papers written by those who were backing the 14th amendment, and they were extremely clear. One passage I read seemed to address this issue directly, stating is was for those under the jurisdiction of the USA. Any foreign national is under the jurisdiction of their native country. Doesn't change until they've renounced that citizenship and legally become a USA citizen. Legally being the operative word.

We all know that illegal immigrants reduce wages, especially of black Americans. Why should they ALSO be granted "anchor babies" to further harm citizens and descendants of slaves?!?

If this actually happens that the SC rules in favor of Trump on this, what happens to all the people who have illegal parents that came here and had their kids? Will they revoke their citizenships or let them stay citizens? If they get revoked, then you know there will be a huge uproar over it.

Correct, for example I came here legally had to wait almost 11-12 years in my country until US immigration services wrote and call my sister (who was the one who claimed me as a relative) that I start a process to become US resident so I came here and began the process and it took me 8 months or less after all the fingerprinting then after I had to wait for the results and they gave me my green card. Also wait 6 more years no traveling (I didn’t travel because it is like delaying the process) I became US citizen. I have 2 bachelor’s degrees and post-grade and a master degree plus a lot of certifications. These illegals came just to steal our identities and demoncrats and RINOS gave them the easy path to become US residents and citizens. It is not fair
I didn't say that I want them to stay, I agree with you, they should all have to leave or not let back into our Country if they were taken back to their Country to be raised, take away their "citizenship". If he goes that is history in the making. It has never been reported to have a sitting US President attend any oral argument session. Nothing legally forbids it so the precedent is just optics for separation of powers. I also doubt that we hear from SCOTUS about his attendance directly. It will be leaks from anonymous sources and on of them will say something off hand at a symposium or dinner.
This is the only country that I know of that we let illegals to have babies in USA and become US citizen right away. This is outrageous
The 14th Amendment gave US citizenship to those who did not receive citizenship from a state of the union via birth. It is possible to hold state citizenship and NOT federal.
I think he’s hinting to the general public that the left uses mafia tactics to ensure voting alignment eg torture, death, family threats, etc
