It could have been 3D printed or this was an inside job.

It’s a Hotel. There’s side entrances and loading docks. All it would take is a distracted guard or two at a loading dock or side door. Not to mention there would have been legions of staff and crates of food and equipment moving in and out for days in the lead up to the dinner.
Apparently the shooter and the shooting was outside the magnetometer, hence why it was so far from the stage.
