What I have never understood was this: If you are a committed cabal member or pawn, why would you leave evidence behind for any reason? As in the case here, evidence not destroyed can resurface. While FOIA and record keeping laws can explain some of it, it doesn't explain the bulk of it. If you have to have SOME records, why not create bogus ones?
