Availability: This design is only available while supplies last as part of a commemorative release for America's 250th anniversary.
Standard Book Only: The special artwork is printed exclusively in standard, 28-page passport books. If you do not want this design, you can opt for the large 50-page passport book, which uses the existing, non-Trump design.
Application: You will use the State Department's established passport forms, such as Form DS-82 or Form DS-11, depending on your eligibility.
