Due to the poisons in our water, air, soil and food, it's possible there is an increase in cancers. I have also read that mammograms are diagnosing cancer where there is none.
I am very sad for you and all those victimized, especially as children, who are helpless against the evils that adults perpetrate against them. I pray for your healing in body, mind and spirit. It is human nature to frequently revisit things we have turned over to God. I recommend that when you realize that you are "revisiting", that you pray for forgiveness for the "revisiting", reminding yourself that you gave it to God (and there are no "take backs"). As you do this, you'll make yourself aware sooner in these events and eventually, when thoughts start to go there, you can just say a prayer and let it go. God bless you, fren, and your family.

I have a medical appointment with a specialist in mid-Sept. If I am required to wear a mask, I'm not sure that I can trust the opinion of a specialist that does not know that masks are harmful and not protective.

I've always shared the pro-life side of the issue to our sons, but the younger one seemed to think that pregnancies from rape/incest should be able to be aborted. One day he called me to tell me about a woman my age that he met whose mother was raped and intended to abort. The pregnant girl met someone who took her in and cared for her until the baby was born and placed for adoption. This is the woman that he met and she told him about her birth mother and her 5 children and many grandchildren. He never thought about all those who would never exist if the child was aborted. I thanked God for giving him that example.
Just want to add, that during an especially bad episode of bowel spasms, I made an appointment with a DO. She was very thorough. Despite her encouragement for me to take flu, tetanus and pneumonia shots (which I declined), she referred me to an ENT for my unilateral tinnitus. An MRI identified a vestibular schwannoma and I was referred to a specialist. As my sister died last year of metastatic brain tumors, so I am grateful for this opportunity to learn about what is happening in my head. Of course, if anyone has information on this to share, I would be grateful for that. My appointment is in mid-Sept.

You have some valid arguments. As usual, there are no easy answers. Very little in life is black and white, so much gray.
I am reminded of affirmative action students in my undergrad nursing program. They were typical entitled folks: entering large lecture halls late as a group, disrupting everything, making a scene. One girl actually asked me if I made good grades because my daddy promised me a new car! I told her that I studied hard because I thought someone's life might depend on my knowledge. Not sure she understood or cared.
I see it more as a gift, but the more sensitive I am to gut feelings or intuition that something or someone is "off", the more aware of it I become. If I "shrug it off", I become desensitized to the gift. Often, the reason for the feeling of evil is not understood until later (or never), but I still trust my intuition. In retrospect, I think my intuition has saved me countless times from harm.
I think I was blessed with a gift to discern evil in people, my "creep meter". I recognize it more now that I am older. Things that made me feel uncomfortable in my youth, I now realize were evil and I am grateful that I had a sense to avoid them.
Sounds like treason to me. No need for a tribunal.

Recently realized that reading food product labels is not enough. Some products do not list "bioengineered" ingredients. Sometimes that info is found by scanning the QR code then go to the website.
