Are nurses allowed to give private medical information about patients to the nurse's relative, who then posts it on Twitter for the world to see?

Many states have deadlines to put names into an election.

Trump could be running unopposed in some states, other than Green Party, Libertarian, Communist, Socialist parties.

'migrant' is vague. Seasonal migrant workers, hired to pick fruit, could be legally present.

Better to use illegal alien, wetback, invader, etc.

Sanctioning the ICC (which has roots in Nuremburg) is like Congress has become a bunch of sovereign citizens filing commercial liens.

Neither of Rubio's parents was a U.S. citizen at the time of Rubio's birth.

Therefore he fails the 3 legged test for a natural born citizen:

  • birth in the nation

  • mother is citizen at time of birth

  • father is citizen at time of birth

One of the comments:

The ICC is a descendant of the Nuremberg Tribunals. The US, and other major powers who regularly commit war crimes, have chosen not to join the ICC. Congress has no say because they have chosen not to be part of international organizations that seek justice in the world community.

If you witness a felony, you have an obligation to report it. Someone should prosecute the reporter and cameraman if they did not.

How Does Federal Law Define Misprision of a Felony?

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4, anyone who has knowledge of the commission of a felony and conceals it or does not make it known to some judge or other authority of the United States may face fines and no more than three years of incarceration.

Why didn't they prosecute the accountant? Does a business owner have professional liability for their accountant?
