I like this idea. I would like to see this as a daily chat. Today I resolved to take better care of myself. Again. I was just think of how much better off I will be when SHTF if I can just get the extra weight off and get fit. Learning to garden is one thing I'm doing to improve.

I had the same experience earlier this month. I am trying to be polite but my answer is NO. She isn't listening to me. Said we'll revisit it at my next appointment...the answer is still no. It must be some incentive they receive for getting shots in arms. Way to much like a pushy sales pitch.
