Before that incident, there was another one where some guy shot a black guy that thr media started to take off with. Then it was shown that the "victim" was purposely trespassing, thus explaining the shooting. So media coverage of this event fizzled. I think this was a first attempt by the media to start the riots. Point being that I don't think they actually manufacture or fake many of these events, but seek out an event among the many that occur anyways that will best foster the narrative. George Floyd was just something that happened, but it had near perfect ingredients and appearance to foster a narrative and start riots.

Something that's mostly limited to gays isn't going to make a good " pandemic" though. Those that aren't, just aren't going to worry much about it. So if you are the WHO, and wanted to instill panic, I would think they'd want a more widespread threat.

Ah yes the memories. I loved that movie, as well as the remake, which in IMHO, is one of the best animated movies ever, a real work of art. I can't remember if the new one has that scene or not.
