Will state e the biggest truth I've learned. If you are unwilling to be wrong you can never be right. It's cognitive cowardice.

Congratulations. Just keep up doing the things that keep you sober.

You can only be a hero to others once you are a hero to yourself. It's why "love your neighbor as yourself" is a thing. If you consider yourself a turd and sacrifice for others, you are just handing them a turd.

Nah. Weak and lame. Pusy doesn't mean pussy. That said using the term pusy should be advised.

It's collectivism vs individualism. That's the truth of left verses right. There was nothing right wing in theory about the Nazi party. Tell a lie enough though and dumb asses believe it.

I got a warning about thunderstorms in my area. It is raining, but found it odd. There was a bigger thunderstorm days ago.

RPSave 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did anyone else get thunderstorm warnings by the ebs message?

RPSave 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not as many as you would believe either. Think it like this, there's a club that many want to join. It's exclusive and only those with power are in it. They want to join for that reason.

You can look at free masons, scientology, or any other group that keeps information hidden for the underlings.

Logic isn't an easy thing. Even the most logical individual will react emotionally in extreme stress. That's just how the brain works. It takes five seconds for a normal person to go emotional (responsive) thinking to logical thinking.

I'd love to debate you all day but you've made so many wrong assumptions that I'll have to save this for later.

I was trying to be nice.

"Because pretending there isn’t a difference between leaked secret documents and their professional spin doctors is kind of silly."

You don't trust what foreign countries say, but still trust a leaked document of... what they say.

I get there is a difference between public and personal conversations, but the key word here is trust.

No disrespect. Here's a suggestion. Being succinct sells better. Otherwise 'normies' gloss over the message and only read the beginning and end.

My current conclusion is the tribal dichotomy of the left that is the biggest factor. When ones identity is derived primarily from their associated group comfort is found in conforming to said group. Rather than create personal conclusions it's easier to just accept what the group leader proclaims. On the contrary if you see yourself primarily as an individual are forced to think critically to sort through the many viewpoints.

The internet has greatly increased this problem of group think in it's manner directing people directly to the tribes they wish to associate rather than should associate with. Algorithms then reinforce the person to be identified in this group.

If you think about it, when everyone knows everyone in a small town they are forced to associate with the people in that town more frequently. Walking down a road you'd probably recognize several people as individuals. In a big city everyone trends to gravitate to like minded groups. When walking down a road there people are just... People. Faceless strangers that aren't part of your tribe.

The real reason isn't about race at all, but because of control. America is the bastion of individualism and it's impossible to control an individual as easily as a group. By marginalizing minorities those in control are able to stay in control as well by perpetuating the chains of victimhood; as well as reduce the appeal of individualist. The irony is once people see such chains the scheme falls apart.

It makes sense on the surface, but problem is superficial. It's one dimensional logic which is prized by those in control. Second order logic asks why do skip from A to D. In anything always ask how and why. I think you have that down. Crossing into third order logic is much harder. It requires seeing things most don't, such as trends, connections and the 'meta' of it all.

Wrong questions. We aren't there yet. A far better question is how do we unify and promote critical thinking in the rising MAGA movement?

It's a call to authority logical fallacy. It's overused as much as the straw man fallacy. When your argument has no real basis in reality you have to master these in order to justify any claims or present a rebuttal.

Hot tip: when someone starts their argument by stating their credentials you can generally expect a logical analysis constructed in bullshit to follow. Strong statements stand alone just fine.

A large part of it is understanding how the brain works. No matter how logical a person may be the primal emotional brain will override if not trained properly. A purely logical individual is also susceptible to influence as well. The true brainwashing isn't something new. It's the nature of humanity and constant conflict of self awareness.

For some species the means of survival is self sacrifice for the species (the left). For others its for each to be strong as possible to survive (the right). The challenge in humanity is both exists among us. Where politics come into play is trying to find ways to manipulate those for personal power.

They might actually be stupid, but what defines stupid.

Here's one of the biggest myths I've come across: intellect is based on success or on memory. It goes more complex than that, but ask yourself why there's a such thing as being smart and being street smart? Why is being smart and being wise considered two different things?

Here's something to consider. You can have the top end computer with the most advanced specs run a processing program compete with a computer two years out of date in figuring out an algorithm. The faster computer will shine every time in speed, but that's assuming they are running the same software. If the fast computer is filled with malware, spyware, and running crypto farming for some guy in Serbia it won't be able to compete with the slower computer strictly running the algorithm.

Interesting theory. I don't know if the earth is flat or round. All I can personally do is gather the data, theorize, draw conclusions, test the conclusions and repeat. I personally don't think it matters enough yet compared to other issues and will sort itself out conclusively in the future.

My biggest questions that I want answered still are why have the images of the earth from space changed from the 70s and the biggest is why is Antarctica not a vacation spot and monetized yet? I get the demilitarized agreement post WW2 with the Germans being obsessed over it, but how much money talks it just seems off. Also considering how southern hemisphere flights don't ever go over the southern pole it's just fuel to the fire. The quickest trip from South Africa to New Zealand would be over the pole but you'll never find a flight like that.

That's understandable. I main point is that in pursuing such knowledge it's probably better to look at the raw information first, then expand from that. The problem when you point to a certain group being behind something so long ago you are relying on the information provided by such group to even believe they were in it. Only victors write history after all. A just as likely scenario is that those in power posthumously adopted achievers in the past to be part of their group.

I have kept this vague intentionally, as throughout history it's a very common theme from European to Asian dynasties to rewrite history and build established heroes of legend as being their own. The simplest example that applies here is the adoption of the Roman empire of Greek gods, going so far as to rename them and claim they were always their gods.

It's never wrong to explore ideas and concepts even if on the fringe. That's how innovation and the expansion of knowledge works. A skeptical mind is an asset in the pursuit of truth.

My issue with your synapsis is it doesn't actually provide any semblance of proofs that the earth is flat. Instead it utilizes a 'attack the messenger' tactic that's largely similar to what the media does against anything anti-globalist agenda. It's just a glorified strawman argument. Sure, Galileo was a freemason, but how does that matter? If even the devil speaks truth just because he speaks it doesn't make it untrue.

I think you reached much of the same conclusion without knowing. "Possible disinfo" and "Opposed to the science." won't convince others unless you browbeat them with constant media and celebrity coverage to the point of gaslighting. It won't work here.

Projection. By calling you a racist first toy can't call them out on the truth.

I don't have anything offhand right now, but one of their arguments against freeing the slaves was that they were fed and housed and incapable of taking care of themselves. Clearly there was no benevolence at the core, but the human psyche has it's ways of twisting evil in the name of the "greater good."
