Ah, okay, I see what you're saying. It is a convenient little coincidence that the school with the Monarch mascot is the email that makes the rounds. Good catch!

This may be possible, but it would have to be done by zoning at the local level. I live in a highly transient community (state university and military base), so the rental market is sizable. Recently there were a few neighborhoods near the campus were down-zoned from multi-unit to single family. Caused quite a stir because the currentrental property owners were concerned that they wouldn't be able to recoup their investments. Eventually a deal was reached that would allow current owners to continue what they were doing, but a transfer of ownership would move the property to single family only. Some of the property owners moved their properties into LLCs or S-corps before the law came into effect, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out.

I appreciate the explanation, I was unaware of that distinction. Thanks for helping me understand OP's comment!

Why this is fascinating to you? (not intending to come across as rude, I'm genuinely curious to hear your thoughts)

Oh goodness and Trump is 45, ha! Love your name by the way. I first dabbled in 2003, when it was still just crushed leaf from iamshaman dot com. =)

I can't speak for anyone else, but my faith does not preclude the existence of non-human sentient life.

Judging the symbol alone, I think it's a bit of a stretch to associate this guy's initials-turned-logo with ulterior motives. However, if further evidence of fuckery exists then the logo might be reasonably included.

You're right. I thought that the [TS] meant something that it obviously does not. I mistook that label for something associated with the mod team. Meaning that this person would have firsthand knowledge of a users ban status (outside of the logically obvious ability to post). Congratulations on your flawless victory!

Here's the breakdown for KS:

The two asterisks with Research written above them correspond to the Land Grant Universities (State Schools) University of Kansas and Kansas State University. AFB is McConnell Air Force Base near Wichita, KS.

Kinsley isn't very special, but it's on Route 50 and just so happens to be the ½ way point between NYC and San Francisco.

Here's the part that I found interesting... Hutchinson, KS is home to the Cosmosphere which is a space artifact museum. Only the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC has a larger collection of space stuff. It's also the largest collection of Soviet-era space artifacts outside of Russia.

And the museum is in bum fuck Hutchinson because in 1962 some lady bought a star projector and founded the state's first planetarium, and then in the 80's and 90's the US and USSR donated or sold all of their outdated equipment, and these are the only people who were interested? As the kids say... "Sus."

I agree with the first half of your first point. The left (from the top down) cannot claim moral superiority on either side. People will be forced to choose for themselves, possibly for the first time in their lives. There aren't any clear argumentsnfor either side, it's just everyone calling the other side a bunch of names. It's beautiful. (the infighting is beautiful, not the actual fighting).

Hey, no worries! I just found this video myself (searched for Trump I Am Batman). This is what we're here for, to use our collective brain power to keep everyone on the right track!

For my fellow believers: I have been asking God for the strength to endure, and to be a beacon of His light and Love in dark times. No one in my family or social circle is prepared for what is coming, and they will be scared. I am thankful that fear has no home within me, and I pray that I can be a source of comfort and peace to those around me as ae walk through the coming darkness.

For my frens who don't share my faith: I hope that you will also be a beacon of hope and comfort to those around you in the times ahead. Your family and friends will need you, and I encourage you to draw strength from your source of choice.

And thanks to all of you for being a source of strength for me in the days behind us, as well as the days to come.

Hey, we've moved from "two more weeks" to "one more week"... we're half way there!

I'm obviously biased, but I think that normies in my area will be a good gauge of the precipice. I'm in a mediumish sized midwest college community (60k people) and far enough away from urban centers that we have some lag time in terms of culture. People here mostly just want to be left alone and do their thing. Economic downturns aren't as devastating (various reasons that are irrelevant on this topic). When my neighbors start talking about this nonsense, or start asking questions, I'll grab my popcorn!

(Of course, I have a terrible track record at making predictions, so I probably won see anything coming).

Kansan here, Gov. Kelly has done a VERY good job of appealing to moderate voters, and even some Republicans are happy with SOME of her policies. Also, specifically in 2018, the GOP nominee was Kobach. He is as establishment as they come, and would have implemented many of the same failed policies as Brownback (2011-2019). If you look at the election map, only the "metro" areas voted blue. Most of the urban centers have very dedicated Democrat volunteer networks. They do a much better job of promoting their candidates.

Of course, it has to be pointed out that there was most likely election fuckery, even around here.

This is not an endorsement of Gov. Kelly's performance, just a mildly educated opinion on what happened and why. I've been on the periphery of the political sphere since the mid-90s, due to family involvement at the city/county level.

I think the point here is that the media selectively highlights "hate crimes" to build a narrative. Which obviously you know, as do most of us. However, there are always newcomers to our movement that have not been exposed to all of the subtle tacticsbused in 5th generation warfare.

So, no... you shouldn't necessarily care more about a Jewish man who was murdered. But we as a society should care greatly that our institutions are not operating in good faith. (Again, you are most likely aware of this, but others might still be in the process of removing the veil.)

Random thought: what if their plan is to get the recent migrants signed up, trained, and equipped? The Selective Service website says:

"U.S. immigrants are required by law to register with the Selective Service System 30 days after their 18th birthday or 30 days after entry into the United States if they are between the ages of 18 and 25. This includes U.S. born and naturalized citizens, parolees, undocumented immigrants, legal permanent residents, asylum seekers, refugees, and all males with visas of any kind which expired more than 30 days ago."

The Administration could say "hey, if you're here illegally, just sign up for the Army and we'll make you a citizen!" It would put the left in a position of perceived moral superiority (well, all of their moral superiority is merely perceived).

It would also give sleepers access to all of the supplies they would need to instill fear in everyone:

  • "Can't have elections while these crazies are running around!"
  • "2 weeks to catch the terrorists! Just stay inside and we'll protect you!"
  • "Anyone with a gun is an enemy, call the police!"
