As per my above comment, KY law changed in 2021 and the governor has to choose from three people selected by the KY Republican Party. The law was basically changed with McConnell in mind (it was basically his idea).

Good news, the law was changed in Kentucky in 2021. If McConnell “vacates” his seat, the governor must choose one of three candidates presented to him by the KY Republican Party as a temporary placeholder. Afterwards a special election would be held to find his permanent replacement.

I was in the middle of typing exactly the same thing! I worked the polls and have been awake for almost 23 hours. I’m so blasted tired but I’m afraid of a steal in the middle of the night.

The pictures are out of order. The left side picture (of the ballot) is printed after the selections are made on the touchscreen (the picture on the right). The ballot is then cast into the ballot scanner that records the vote. If she cast that ballot then she voted for Trump.

I know there’s fuckery afoot everywhere so let’s not waste our time on this.

PS: I’m 100% in favor of paper ballots/fingerprints, whatever and getting rid of the machines.

Ground up tires as mulch for the playground. Homeless dude started a fire to keep warm, set the mulch (f.k.a. tires) on fire.

Be very careful of which “flavor” of Methodist it is. The United Methodist Church has gone off the deep end as of late.

Can I go so far as to say that ALL roofs are sloped at their highest point?

I’m going to have nightmares and wet the bed after this violence. Wish I hadn’t watched it because now I can’t unsee it. /s

I think that was the amount Hunter spent on hookers and cocaine.

I know, but he was a councilman when he wrote the check.
