Code blue in a hospital I think means someone flatlined.... like their heart stopped. They say it over the intercom because it sounds nicer than, "everyone run ro room 312, a guy is dying!" So they came up with "codes." I'm not a medical person, but I used to watch a lot of tv. :)
100% I would have left. If you are assanine enough to stay there, what happened after is partly a result of your unwillingness to do what you have to to get your family to safety.. I don't care about "muh job" or "muh house." There is no job or house worth it. You get out and do what you have to do. Sounds merciless, but trusting the government is not a great plan in scenarios like this.

I will never agree with this person's lifestyle (lesbianism), but yet she is grappling with the truth and climbing up the rope out of the pit of deception. That is truly courageous and Truth will be found if you search for Him with your whole heart. I hope one day she knows her true value, which is so much higher than a lifestyle sin.. or any of our sins. None of us should be defined by them and all of us can receive redemption from them.

I wonder what role I will play. I basically pulled out of it all years ago. Got into natural health, left the institutional church, homeschooled my kids. We've done activities and I had friendships here and there but I spent a large amount of my time (95%) on my marriage, our home, and my kids. Covid stuff barely affected us, we were already rural and comfortable. The kids have a decent understanding of the basics of the OT, and we went through almost every book of the new testament together, old school style. Now that they are leaving the nest I wonder if we'll be able to help the kids that are rescued when all this kicks off..... or people broken and struggling in other ways. I just don't know, but I wonder.
The message was that the hippies had tried everything: drug, sex, etc.... and were still seeking what they couldn't find. They were empty and hungry for God. When they heard the truth of the gospel, they joyfully responded because it was real. The movie did not get into the ongoing struggle of sin in the church.... but it was clear they didn't go to the church and bring that stuff in and ask that it be normalized.
I don't know about Harvest, but the movie is safe doctrinely. It's the simple gospel message.
