User or admin having complete control over the OS is fundamentally more secure than a central 'authority' releasing updates and pushing them no matter what the use case for the device. I am so sick of people trying to argue that Microsoft should be able to update Windows and reboot it on something like a factory control system computer rather than to keep entire control over when and how the control system OS updates and reboots with those designing and maintaining the control system.

Security and stability go hand in hand.. Without stability, there is zero security. Somehow the software industry has pushed this idea of 'security no matter what' which means often the least tested code is pushed out to everyone to close 'security holes' that may or may not matter depending on the end user environment.

I'm hoping more for like a United Federation of Planets.. where we get some friendly logical aliens that attempt to influence us to be more logical for a while before we can explore space.

If Vance is truly anti-war, then I like him.. I could get along with any Democrat or Republican who has a high priority of preventing wars. War isn't just hell.. it appears that most are a scam.

Or staying in a hotel by himself with a duffel bag large enough to fit in while being suicidal

The Libertarian Party is controlled by the same group of people that control the 'mainstream' Democrats, and Republicans.. That's why they do not nominate actual Libertarians but instead nominate corrupted Libertarians with questionable histories and values.

Trump went there to make this obvious.. Trump has the most Libertarian ideals of any viable candidate since Goldwater in 68 - and the Libertarian party somehow fails to align? Not normally without corruption.. Also, Ron Paul in 92, 2008, and 2012 got more alignment from the Libertarian Party - but I would guess that's because TPTB knew they could steer the discussion away from Paul.

Agree here.. if one vaccine is clearly bullshit and the medical community does not call it bullshit, then all are bullshit. There are a TON of autistic kids now and mine won't become autistic.

Why do we give aid to a country that makes more per capita than the US?

drop a rocket with a woodchipper on the front into the bottomless pit..

I like woodchippers for the efficiency and the tradition of using woodchippers for debris that you must clear in order to advance society. Ropes are for humans.. woodchippers are for anything not worthy of becoming a pallet.

The police were in sight.. in their faggy glow costumes the Feds gave them so they could be part of a Faggyfed operation

Time to hear him really explain how gain of function that his agency paid for is not the same as gain of function that kills people.

It was a person who worked in Trump's administration in Washington DC who was either directly or indirectly considered Whitehouse staff.. and it was Jan 5th.. when we all knew Trump was going to leave the Whitehouse.. it was given to him as a reward.

Nice dream.. hope the Deep State disappears..

Key to the Whitehouse.. a neat gift Trump's administration gave to people that served in the administration or aligned with them.. The one I held in my hand was given to a guy who gave me a gut feel of being a snake - but maybe that was just the character he needed to play.

I really don't understand how more people that were there aren't screaming, "The police were teargassing us even when we weren't even near the Capital!" I was there.. the police were straight up firing teargas balls out into the crowd randomly. The police were trying to incite a riot - until they completely and utterly lost control of the situation due to sheer numbers of the crowd. The crowd collectively calmed things down no matter what bullshit was thrown at them.

Pizzagate proved that our media talking heads (almost all of them), lawmakers, large tech companies, and universities all will protect pedophiles.. or people that talk and act like pedophiles.. while they help the evidence disappear.

oh well.. we have big problems here.. we should probby deal with them

brxn 11 points ago +11 / -0

Well they were disputed originally.. Mainstream media said it was all 'Russian Propaganda' like somehow Russia knew how to bypass Google's email encryption mechanism and create corroborating email chains that other people had in their inboxes.. So then they pivoted.. and said DEBUNKED over and over.
