/u/hippielouie I think the brackets and numbers are markers relating to other events so when it says [1] other or [3] are mentioned in the one I posted I think it just means other prisons are being prepped, the [1[ and [3] may relate, or may only relate to markers further down the line. Either way, capacity expansion is happening.

Great thinking and absolutely plausible. I think a lot of news events are obfuscating the Q team doing the "heavy lifting" that is going on mostly behind the scenes. Reminds me of posts saying "news unlocks". As time goes on more news is being spun to hide what is truly going on?
