Government gives money to:
-Most other countries
-Corporations
-Layabouts
-Politicians' private foundations
-Criminal organizations
-Our enemies (military equipment too)
-Universities (who require tons of money to fund nonsense)
-The military (who is constantly at war and hasn't had a win since WWII)
-Special interest groups
But we are forgiving the debt of Americans and THAT is the problem.
Maybe, just maybe, the absolute garbage government that we have given power to needs to go. It's always a single freaking issue with most of you, but you refuse to look at the bigger picture.
"The government can only waste money in areas that aren't that important to me." That's you. That's what you sound like.
These people are adorable.
"BRAKING (sp) NEWS: Car fumes and heavy braking, which have been around for over 100 years, can SUDDENLY kill you! This has nothing to do with anything else and it should be illegal to insinuate otherwise."
But you know how it goes. If he signs an order to deport, a federal judge will block it. If he tries to add on to the wall, lawfare will prevail. This is the only way he can prove the point that the people who call us "racist" will react the exact same way we have.
I'm a Texan too. Abbott can spend a few bucks sending a few bus loads to New York. It doesn't bother me. Texas has one of the 20 largest economies in the world. We don't have state tax. What are they going to spend the money on anyway? Grants for developers to build more hotels in Austin? Rebuilding another highway for the 100th time? Another grant for our less than worthwhile schools? (not talking about A&M, God love 'em)
NBC News. Sounds like bullshit. They were wrong about covid and they're probably wrong now.
People got monkeypox in 2003 from direct contact with prairie dogs. This is nothing more than a distraction. Blame the gays for child abuse and ignore the sex trafficking rings, politicians, heads of corporations, etc.
Go ahead and downvote me. You've all lost sight of the real problem anyway.
I'll take the downvotes. I stand by what I said. Pointing out facts here is just like pointing out facts in lefty land. No one wants to hear them if they don't confirm what they already believe.
Give me some more downvotes.
So the backrubs and hotdogs comments started six years ago. Then, there isn't another mention for a year, when someone mentioned air-cooled porche 911s and thrash metal nights, along with hotdogs and backrubs. Another user claimed to swim "a very long way" for the hot dogs.
There's no deeper meaning here. It's just people who enjoy posting weird things on the internet. Probably concerted on an image board somewhere.
Whaaaaaaaat?!
Taking your kid to a fake doctor, in a made up field, that forces them to take hormones made by big pharma for the rest of their lives, and tells your kid they need expensive, dangerous surgeries to feel "normal" is a bad idea?! Wow. No one would have ever guessed that!
Here's a question: if sex and gender are two different things, why do you think they need to alter their sex organs to attempt to match their "gender?" End the lies.
The point I'm making here is there have been multiple lawsuits, precedent is there, and corporations simply do not care. The only solution I can think of is to remove the class action safety net and force these companies to reimburse their victims as individuals.
Bank of America has been in several class action lawsuits about excessive overdraft fees. Now tell me how precedent means anything if they are protected by the law against having to pay any amount of money they will actually feel.
They will attempt this again. They weren't punished for it. This is how corruption works in an aristocracy: make the public feel that the wealthy criminal has been punished, without actually punishing them.
We're not gonna take it is still my favorite Christmas carol.
