The Boss can endorse whoever he wants. There's nothing in the world that will ever get me to pull the lever for Cornyn again.

Even Saddam Hussien's best election ever was like 94%

Obama did better in Philly than a guy who would drop you feet first into a shredder if you voted for the opposition did in his elections.

Because there aren't enough of them to actually field teams. We're talking like a fraction of 1% of the population.

Here's the thing though: There is no such thing as a "men's team". Title IX basically forces the creation (and funding) of teams for women in the name of equality and to give women a safe(r) environment to compete in, but there is absolutely nothing that says a woman isn't allowed to compete with the guys. If you look, you'll find more than a few female players on college football teams (usually smaller Div III type schools and usually as a kicker).

If a trans-athlete really feels the calling to compete in a sport, they should be fighting to get on the "guys' team" where they'll be on an even field and challenging other athletes on their level. But in most cases, it seems to be they are intentionally going for the women's teams in order to have a physical advantage.

It's honorless and disgusting as me demanding to be allowed to play nose tackle/running back for a peewee football team.

If he wins, I'm going to sue him for taking my spot on the track team and depriving me of future income in both salary and product endorsments.

Look, guys. Trump didn't just fire enough cruise missiles at weddings to qualify this year. It's that simple. There's a bar that's been set, and you either make it over or you don't.

Arrest the politicians, too, then. Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.

I do not remember this at all. Got a citation?

Polk was all about Manifest Destiny and was Real Estate Broker in Chief when Mexico decided to make a big deal out of Texas annexing the US (that's correct. Source: am Texan) in 1845. He was behind the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in 1849 where Mexico ceded all land from the Rio Grande to Cali, and the US $15m.

I have a hard time believing after the blood and treasure we spent acquiring it he'd give it back before dying a few months later, but weirder schnit has happened I suppose.

Because the job numbers aren't based on actual jobs created or that even exist.

They basically look at how many people have moved into a new area recently and then make an assumption that if you just moved in and are a working age adult then you obviously have to have a new job in the area you just started, so.... that implies +1 for job growth. Yay us!!!

So what happens when you take 50,000 people who previously would have been denied entrance to the US, grant them visas, and park them in a small town (like Springfield, OH), with some shiney new phones and a bunch of social security cash? INSANELY GREAT JOB CREATION NUMBERS!!! It' a GOLDEN AGE!

And then you've got an economic slave class you can control, too. It's years before anyone even suspects a problem let alone figures out how you put your thumb on the scale.

You've obviously never spent a night in the poke before, either. Or bailed out someone who has. Which is a good thing. :)

They basically get a bond from someone else for the full amount of the bail at usually around 10% (non-refundable). You go to court, be a good boy, bail gets released back to bondsman, they make a 10% return on investment, you're out 10% (and still have lawyer fees to look forward to).

If you're a bad boy, skip court, flee to Morocco, then government keeps the bail, so tough luck bond holder. Bond holder who will then do a cost/benefit analysis and decide if it's worth hiring Dog the Bounty Hunter or Lee Majors and Half Pint's ex-husband to drag you back in or not.

What's with all the threats to snap necks from Deep State pawns lately? It used to be just "punch in the face".

Much angry. So sad. :(

Through some sort of plan to setup an alternate, gold based world currency and coordinated through, say, red file folders exchanged at in person meetings?

Poppycock. Sounds like a conspiracy theory.
