How do you "bring a case to the Supreme Court"? I don't know of any other way than to work your (long, tedious, expensive) case up through the entire court system. And then the court has to accept it. It's not as simple as it sounds.

The law is already there that Congress cannot exempt themselves from any law they make - they just ignore it. We need to enforce the laws on the books!
Watch carefully how they define "unvaccinated". The current CDC definition of unvaccinated is: 1) anyone who has never been vaccinated for CV19, 2)anyone having received only one of the two shots, AND 3) anyone less that two weeks from their second shot. That definition means any reactions soon after starting the shots is considered "unvaccinated" when they should be considered a reaction to the vaccine.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks engineering department did a published study of the WTC building collapse and determined the building did not fall as a result of fire. I don't remember the other conclusions, but I found it interesting at the time that the study didn't go viral.

The answer is: DO NOT go into the hospital for any reason if you can possibly help it right now! I say this knowing that my spouse was most certainly saved several years ago by emergency surgery to insert stents into his heart. If that were to happen today, I would be SURE he had signed a refusal for any vaccine or ventilation and had clearly stated in writing his choice of treatment if he were to "come down with" COVID. And I would have Ivermectin in my pocket (which I do have today) and I would not leave his side. It's horrible that it's come to this.

Trust in "authorities" is deeply ingrained in the Greatest Generation. Add to that the vulnerabilities of age and you're right - it's hard to talk them off the clot shot. Baby boomers are easier to convince because they are (mostly) Internet savvy and can research for themselves. But not all - the fear of losing their job or going against the grain of most of their friends or losing the ability to travel hinders some.

I find their statement that being fully vaccinated helps ensure a "breakthrough" COVID infection will be milder than it would be otherwise to be completely ludicrous. Compared to what? There is absolutely no way to know how sick you MIGHT HAVE gotten were you unvaccinated to begin with. What a stupid statement.
