Isn't it amazing how they all come together lobbying to uphold tradition WHEN IT BENEFITS THEM!

Larose is probably enjoying the heck out of it. It probably makes him turgid. He hasn't had much of a reason to feel that way lately, after the recent rumprash he experienced from his recent Senate campaign.

I hope he is without his white board because someone removed it from him forcibly and stowed it away in his "Auxiliary storage compartment," in a manner which will result in him walking gingerly for quite awhile.

I wonder if he is trying to bill Judge Cannon for all the real estate she is taking up in his head? She is doing absolutely nothing improper, and he is ungluing nicely. Jack should prepare for a proper assblasting from Judge Cannon.

I'd recommend that you find a good independent agent (or broker) and get an array of quotes. The advantage of this approach is that you may run across a company or companies that are regional, and may provide a better value because they are prudent in regards to who and what they write. As for me, I would second the recommendation for Erie, if they write policies where you are at. I have been with them for over 30 years. shop my policies every two years, and have yet to beat them by any significant amount.

I plan on going about my business and vote like it matters. However, I think that the DNC National Convention in Chicago will set a tone for the season.

All you actually have to do is ask a question about any of their policies. When I was a member pre/during early covid, I dared to ask a clarification question about their mask policy. While I was politely talking to a staff member, some felicia came up and threatened to cancel my membership if I didn't stop. I reported felicia to the owner of the franchise, and he followed up with me personally. She did get fired and I shortly thereafter cancelled my membership. One of the reasons that I joined was that they had a great staff. As time wore on, I noticed that all the good people left, and were replaced with the felicia types. Now, I wouldn't go back if they paid me. I have a treadmill, a recumbent bike, a weight bench, and a TV in my basement. That's all I need.

I don't disagree with that, However, why are they that lazy that they can't even even put up an array of people to maintain a viable facade, yet they did put up limited candidates for years, such as prosecutor, (and I think Auditor as well) but now, they can't even retain those offices. Pathetic.

The Ohio GOP needs a gasoline enema.

That's the biggest part of the problem. The city has not had a decent candidate for Mayor since Greg Lashutka, and that was back in the 90's. I find it very hard to believe that the R's could not find a decent (at least moderate) candidate to run, and I'd certainly like to know why they abandoned at least the city proper after Lashutka stepped down, and Coleman was elected. I'd love to know why they can't cultivate a decent candidate slate, and are unwilling to dedicate resources into rebuilding the infrastructure that they abandoned about 30 years ago to regain the capital city in a largely red state.
