I only suggest complaining to management/corporate instead. When I worked similar jobs and would have people complain about stuff I cant change/had nothing to do with & was a matter of store policy/whatever that they didn’t like, I’d just shrug and say sorry and move on to the next customer.
Same, from my experience in retail management. If someone complained about something that was corporate policy, we would just apologize to the customer at most and that was it. Too many entitled people for complaints to be taken seriously when we know corporate's stance.
Guys, honestly who cares about them being pulled from stores. It's like being taken down on Twitter - badge of honor.
Besides, you give up about 50% of your profit on a product when you sell it in mass retail stores.
When you buy direct from Mypillow, they get 100% of the profit plus it creates more jobs for them because now they need a huge shipping department to fulfill daily orders!
This is why I always encourage people to order directly from the company. Screw Amazon, screw Walmart, and screw every Big Box store

I signed in to my Khol's account and they asked if I would submit a quick survey. I was glad to. I let them know that I was very displeased. Demanded a reversal of their actions against MyPillow and a public apology and until they do it they won't get another penny from my family.
I just called my local Kohls to ask how much the pillows were so I could tell them to pound sand.....but then she went and looked in the back and said they had 3 left. She apologized without me saying anything about them pulling the products and she said she was angry about it too. Well, I didn’t expect the call to take that turn. I basically told her I’m pissed too and to let my complaint be known. I forget that it isn’t the average worker that supports this socialist bullshit and I was relieved to hear she was as upset as I am. Anyway, fuck Kohls but praise to the Kohls worker here in Kingsport, Tn.

What some don’t realize is this person will hear this, quite a lot most likely which will tell her co workers, which will tell the department managers, which will tell the assistant managers, which will tell the store manager why sales are down, which will tell the regional manager, which will tell the VP of sales etc. I think you get the picture it works! Store managers can indeed ladder up complaints to regional managers. Although, the best and most efficient way to voice your complaint is emailing corporate directly. I work at the corporate office of a major retailer, so I’m speaking from experience.
