The biggest pointer for me is, how does one change their ear lobes? I very much doubt he had surgery to remove them. Side note, all the pics look like creepy, untrustworthy, bimbos.
It's called pixie ear, and they do it in face lifts. Even knowing that though, I still can't commit that it's the same person.
Changing earlobes is a procedure I've never heard of either.
Ears characteristics don't really change much, even with weight. Go look at your old photos thru the years and see what u think.

Not only that, his signature is different.
Face lifts normally involve cutting at the lobe and stretching the face back. You can see the big white scar next to his ear. Skin could have been removed to tighten everything up.
They look like two very different people to me.

I’m just curious how it will play out in the story. A double because the real Biden has already been tried and executed? A double installed by the deep state to ensure Biden is truly a puppet? In the end, will it become public knowledge that it’s not the real Biden? Are normal citizens supposed to know or figure out it’s not the real Biden?

The secret is the teeth. Particularly notable in the middle picture on the left is Biden having mid-stage periodontitis where as the "current" Biden does not.
This is NOT something that is reversible AT ALL. Once you have it, it can only be slowed down, not fixed or cured. This is especially relevant in older people as it is the leading cause of tooth loss.
So, I have no idea how "old" Joe clearly has periodontitis but the new Joe does not.

You can get earlobes done at the same time as a facelift. Looks like he had two facelifts...

The one on the right has a huge chin dimple. I'm having trouble identifying any chin dimple on the one on the left.
He can buy all the plastic face procedures that Chinese $$$ can buy.
Neck lift, upper eyelids, lower eye bag removal w fat grafting. Earlobes, maybe co2 laser resurfacing...
Looks like first facelift was SMAS (tighter top layer of skin puller back. Look at how yanked back his outer eyebrows looked in the older pics). second was deep-plane- more natural more expensive.
Dude has had brain surgery, hair plugs, and plastic surgery and his brain may be deteriorating...what do you expect? Not to mention just for certain people who become elderly their appearance falls off a cliff. Ill never forget how my grandma looked so unlike my grandma toward the end of her life. I was so mad that she didnt look like her. This is the same person but just advanced in age and through all sorts of crap that has severely changed his appearance.
Most people are looking at the eyes and the ears, but look at his NOSE! Especially in the first picture.
