I was curious...do you think this could mean Terramar? Isn’t that the water based country/continent Ghislaine Maxwell is a citizen of? I googled what “waterclad” meant and couldn’t find anything. I also couldn’t figure out where telegram is set up/ran.
Waterclad would be protective if a water barrier existed, like a moat, otherwise it looks to me like a metaphore about how water slips away as opposed to iron.
Sorry to butt in, but I have to share my thoughts about this whole "waterclad" business. I don't like it. It seems to be a play on "Ironclad" which brings to mind something strong, like a battleship, wrapped in iron. In contrast, "waterclad" seems nonsensical (my spellcheck doesn't even like it. Kek.) Wrapped in water? Huh? In the context of laws, there is no 'waterclad.' But there is 'watertight.' As in, no one can poke holes in this argument and make it 'leaky.'
So, unless I'm entirely missing the point, I'm going to chalk this one up to a lack of understanding of American English idioms, and treating the whole GN pitch to us as extremely sus. I'm still peeking in on their telegram, but my mind has put them in the "not serious" category.

I absolutely agree it doesn’t sound like the appropriate word to be used at all. Do you know about Terramar though? My intuition is telling me that it is a reference to that. I know very little about this “water country” but I do know that it exists and has laws. Just wondering if there is some connection.
I've read a bit about it, and I think it theoretically could have some kind of connection, but as it was formally dissolved in December of 2019, and its founder is currently being charged with multinational crimes, that would seem to take quite a bit of wind out of the sails of that theory, especially in the context of a strong legal standing. But we do live in bizarro-world, so I'm keeping eyes and ears open for any eventuality.

Data centers are fortified concrete buildings that are cooled to low temperature to keep equipment healthy. Not much can burn accidentally. Nothing, actually. Fire here is likely intentional.

Honestly, that does not look like any data center I've been to and I've been to way more than my fair share. Sea containers next door, apparently all above ground, no idea of the material, barbed wire facing wrong direction. Maybe it's a cheap low rent French style data center stationed in the shipping yard of a freight company.

I've not been in one yet that was over 2 stories high (low profile), many are partially underground, or totally, secondary partial cement wall to prevent car attacks....then exterior cement walls that house generators, fuel, 80% fenced and gated etc... I've never seen one 5-6 stories high, sitting right next to some sea container city. Maybe we run in a different security level requirement industry.

They were showing some BTS 2017 inauguration vids and between each package they had slate-type slides. I noticed in 2 of them they spelled Presidential Inauguration "Presedential". I left a comment on the YT stream and asked why it was spelled that way. Twice. Then all the stuff happened with EV the next day. I just went back over to the YT feed and my comment questioning the misspelled Presidential twice was completely scrubbed. I scanned through the video and the slate slides were gone too.
