Im in oregon. My best friend has been recently been notified all employees and students of a certain county school system have to be fully vaccinated before the start of next school year. Please PLEASE help me out to fight this and provide as much legal info to arm those who are willing to say hell no.
My friend knows all about the horrible deatgs and ailments from all of the jabs. I need as much info as we have. I would say beyond putting the district on notice legally in writing that they cannot by law require anyone to participate in a medical experiment as part of a drug trial, the quickest way to get around it is by way of the ADA and getting a medical exemption - allergies and prior adverse reactions are enough to qualify . The bottom line is that under Federal Law and employer cannot require an employee to submit to an experimental medical device under Emergency Use Authorization. It is not the same thing as a FDA approved vaccine which can be mandated by an employer as long as it complies with ADA.

Here is a form that can be given to the employer. It is by America's Frontline Doctors. It puts employers on notice and makes them think twice about the liability issue. It is also fraud. The "vaccine" is not legally a vaccine, but an experimental drug. There is no evidence that the "vaccine" protects anyone against anything, and in fact the manufacturers say it will NOT protect against (a) geting Covid 19 or (b) transmitting it to others if you "have it." Since they will be claiming it will make others safer, they are engaing in fraud to induce the person to take an experimental drug that has not been proven safe or effective, and which has harmed others who did take it, and using the threat of employment termination to do so. That is coersion, and fraud.

It will be an uphill battle in Oregon. Most likely, a federal lawsuit would be better, which puts it within the 9th Circuit. That has traditionally been a very corrupt circuit, but it has moved more towards neutral since Trump, and is likely better than the Oregon state courts.
Threat of lawsuit and criminal charges against the company executives and managers is likely the only thing that will get their attention. Executives are not immune from lawsuit for personal torts, even if they work for a corporation. Sending a letter to each and every executive and manager, stating that they personally will be sued and have a criminal complaint filed against them, will likely get the attention of at least one of them who will have influence on the others, and someone will say let's slow down here and re-think this.
Focus on FRAUD. Everything stated by the tyrant class about Covid and the "vaccines" is ALL based on fraud.

I know several nurses who would fake a Covid "vaccine" and give me saline solution instead... discard the bottle as being used... and then record it as a vax.
Maybe you can find a sympathetic nurse or doctor. Offer them a REALLY good bottle of Irish Whiskey in exchange for the saline "vax".
That way, you have no legal problems, it's all documented and recorded... and nobody will bother you for another year. If you have a $125 to $150 bottle of whiskey, a lot of nurses would make the mistake of filling the syringe accidentally with saline solution.

Your friend needs to educate his work on the potential fall out for forcing a experimental drug for employment. May not stop it, but could slow down the company mandates. Record everything.
