Well if you spend no dolla, it's a bit of fun, nor is it the most forward at hitting the user for cash IMHO, in fact there is no exact offer on the main page that I can see.
Nothing much on the main landing page. None of the usual mugs, t-shirts books or a shop etc. etc. but it's good to keep some cynical in the glove compartment for the long haul trips.
I did eventually find the crowd funding link for the carbon shield thing but even that was not too OTT, looked fairly low key in some respects.

What's interesting is when you look at the source, one of the functions is called heroisMobile -- interesting name for a function, and how many phone types it identifies. Blackberry and Vodaphone aren't used in the US, nor are about half the devices listed. It would be odd that if they are larping and this is deboonked as some claim, why indeed have so many mobile devices listed. This is so fantastic; but still, I worry about the Cali and Oregon farmers making a move on releasing their water resources.
