My 2 cents is that at minimum no one in your organization will comply with submitting documentation proof and if they start following up on it you can buy time while looking for another job or talking about re-location options.
IF the ladder happens, find some excuse to get out of California. Wife, Family, whatever. IF there are corporate positions in other states see if they will transfer you to work remotely or what other options are available.
There are plenty of tech/leadership roles out there and depending on what your background is you can find comparable salaries as what you would make in Cali in other states.
I would personally claim ignorance and ride the ship to determine how your company plans to enforce the non compliance. You are not the only one who will be ignoring this mandate. If the company really wants to enforce it and threaten layoffs then let them fire you and sue them... e.g. Religious exemptions etc.

If it were me I would take a stand and fight. Reject the experimental jab and fight for your job and right over your own body/health. There are resources available. File a lawsuit if you must, but take and keep the moral high ground.

Go for the long term. If you live to be 80 you will see that 20 years in a very different light, especially if you are healthier than your vaccinated cohort. On one hand, I had my doubts about the safety of the vaccine. I expressed my concerns to him that I was not sure it was safe. However, on the other hand, if he were to get covid and die from it or become severely disabled, I honestly could not have lived with myself if I had pressured him into not getting the vaccine. I ultimately let him make his own decision. He did get the jab however if he knew then what we know now he probably wouldn't have.

Option 3 is a no go for many reasons - first of which is threads have been posted here about FBI stating such action would be a crime. Look at the Americas Frontline Dr's. Has some good info for dealing with employers. Remember, things will hopefully be a lot different in the Fall. Who knows, maybe somehow buying some time is an option?

2. If healthy find some way to get infected in order to gain natural immunity
3. Get the J&J shot. Now while probably still terrible for your health at least it is not MRNA
4. Stay at your job hoping they're willing to work with you and understand where you're coming from. Also seeking a lawyer for your potential firing due to discrimination and in violation of your civil and human right

These mRNA vaccines can be destroyed by the immune system before they screw up a person's genetics. You have to take butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) around 1 to 1.5 grams daily for a week before injection, then continue for another week to be safe. Tough call. To help your decision you should know that I have been full remote for about a year and a half. Senior leader (that's a leader of leaders) in tech company, before this was a cloud engineer so was always pushing for full remote and unstructured hours. Helped guide my people through both full remote change and agile ways of working change (same principles, funny enough) and now have the most resilient people under me as a result. My boss has greenlit my moving even more remote than I am now (from edge of range to a city center to where ever I want in the state). Many big players have for a long time gone full remote, so there is a competitive advantage to supporting it. Embrace the remote working as emerging tech and build processes to support it and find savings and efficiencies for the business, that'll help you fly under the radar until the impacts of this jab start to take hold and people like us will be dodging headhunters like Elvis dodging lady garments.
I don't think the vaccine is a death sentence. Basically every single one of my family and friends have gotten it and nobody is dropping dead yet.
That said, I think the vaccines are dangerous and for 90% of Americans, the vaccine is much more dangerous than the Wuhan Virus.
However, we take on risks that are out of out control all the time. Everytime you drive. Everytime you fly, you are taking a risk of death that you cannot control.
So I don't think it is a no-brainer that you should refuse the vaccine.

These mRNA vaccines can be destroyed by the immune system before they screw up a person's genetics. You have to take butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) around 1 to 1.5 grams daily for a week before injection, then continue for another week to be safe. They are either using lipids to coat the mRNA or using polyethylene glycol and BHT will readily bind to both. Then the macrophages see it as foreign, ingest it and destroy it with hydrolytic enzymes. Spread this to as many as people as possible. It will PISS off the elite for sure. BHT is used off label to treat herpes a lipid coated virus. The BHT is not binding to the mRNA , but its coating, then it gets trapped. When thigs are too small the immune cells can not see the virus and thus it wrecks havoc and evades the immune system. So this binds to it and prevents this. Too much BHT does have some side effects, like over 1.5 grams daily, but for young without bleeding issues is not a problem. Maybe some dizziness but passes. It is an antioxidant on steroids too for lipids. The reason you take a week before is to build up maximum plasma levels, so when the vaccine is injected it gets bound up immediately. The FDA approves it for cereal, but not for stopping mRNA DNA reprogramming. Don't think that proteins made from mRNA can reprogram the DNA? Go work for a head hunter, they wont give 3 shits to the wind about a vax.
Start looking for another company to move to in Florida/Texas/Ohio where you will be less likely to be forced into a vax. Refuse at work quietly while looking for other opportunities to line up. Then leave Commiefornia
Present them with the evidence on the risks of the vax and see if they are willing to risk losing a VP over it. I'd bet not. Particularly if you are highly effective.
Check places like DataBricks with tieins with Big Data and looking to grow and leave your company anyways. Better to work where you can agree with the politics rather than swallow the blue pill.
Think about the example you set for your family. It's a lot of responsibility. Because my daughter in law got the vacc, her 18 yr old daughter got it. To me this is completely sickening. Because my grandson is married to a western med-worshipping nurse, who "trusts the science" and got the vacc, he got it too. After already "having covid twice". Will they put the poison in my little grandson? I don't trust them not too. It's all a horror. So... what would you want your loved ones to do?
Tough call. To help your decision you should know that I have been full remote for about a year and a half. Senior leader (that's a leader of leaders) in tech company, before this was a cloud engineer so was always pushing for full remote and unstructured hours. Helped guide my people through both full remote change and agile ways of working change (same principles, funny enough) and now have the most resilient people under me as a result. My boss has greenlit my moving even more remote than I am now (from edge of range to a city center to where ever I want in the state). Many big players have for a long time gone full remote, so there is a competitive advantage to supporting it. Embrace the remote working as emerging tech and build processes to support it and find savings and efficiencies for the business, that'll help you fly under the radar until the impacts of this jab start to take hold and people like us will be dodging headhunters like Elvis dodging lady garments.
No brainer to go with #3, God help you if it comes to the other two only.
Get the jab at walgreens, offer 500-1000 dollars to not stick you and give you the card.

If they refuse, walk out and go to the next place.

I don't think the vaccine is a death sentence. Basically every single one of my family and friends have gotten it and nobody is dropping dead yet.
That said, I think the vaccines are dangerous and for 90% of Americans, the vaccine is much more dangerous than the Wuhan Virus.
However, we take on risks that are out of out control all the time. Everytime you drive. Everytime you fly, you are taking a risk of death that you cannot control.
So I don't think it is a no-brainer that you should refuse the vaccine.
There is no way the elite are going to kill 70% of the population, killing only the sheep and leaving all the wolves who are all going to be extremely pissed off.
Wolves that know exactly who pushed this on us. Wolve that have lost everybody they love. Yeah, not a good move.
So it is your decision of risk vs. reward. None of us can make that decision for you or give you the answer.
Could you be ALLERGIC… to the stuff in those vaccines??? Go get a doctors note to explain you can’t take it due to your allergies.
An antibody test will only show positive if you had Covid less than 2 months ago. But if you REMEMBER being sick with all the symptoms of Covid like the loss of smell more than 2 months ago then go get a note saying you had it already.
