But, especially the food stores have pathogens like salmonella, herpes, etc., so gloves are the safest bet. But yes, I do wash my hands and take Vitamins C, D, K, zinc, melatonin, quercitin and prophalactic Ivermectin.
I wore the same blue paper mask for a month...everywhere...yea it got nasty...get this...not one person commented on how unsafe it appeared or offered me a new mask they just ignored the filth because at least I was wearing a mask never once being pissy that it could no longer function as it should to help protect them.
