The 10th Amendment may well save our Republic, and the 14th Amendment Section 3 will help clean it up..
As will the Law of War Manual ??
Indeed! That gives us the good chance to see our promised land as in "The best is yet to come"...
Don't forgetbet the 2nd.
The second Amendment is the explicit force that makes The Plan so essential. Q has stressed that any violence be left to the pros-you know, the operator that won't be seen till he taps your shoulder.. I am certain that many tunnel inhabitants fear them now.. and many trapped there are feeling great relief for their presence..
My High School US History teacher told us, years ago, that the 2nd Amendment was there to protect all the rest of them! LOL
And LOTS of helicopter rides.
It is going to require the PEOPLE to wake up and stand up.
Everything follows from that.
No. Its a done deal. Nothing left for The People to do. The Law of the Land is the supreme authority. Always has been always will be.
THE FUCKING COURTS HOWEVER need to start ENFORCING the will of The People via the power given to them by The Law of the Land.
It is so great to see the various states rise up and take back the 10th Amendment for their state!
thanks for sharing, saving this
Me too
Marbury v. Madison is the foundation of Constitutional Law.
Funny how Hussien never admits this.
Must be entitled to his own facts.
Has anyone used this to carry a gun wherever they wish? Has anyone tried this and not been arrested? I live in PA and want to conceal carry without a permit. I believe the Constitution gives me this right. Who will defend me if I am arrested?
That's why people don't do it, you will be arrested no matter what, and the cops will be laughing when you start ranting about the constitution.
Worst yet if you keep arguing with the cops about the constitution they'll likely start tazing you, and then slap you with an additional charge of resisting arrest.
Sounds like reason enough to disband the police.
Ya right now unconstitutional shit is being enforced, by force. What's our recourse here? I'm about at my precipice.
We the people need to enforce our own rights, by force.
Here's the thing. I live in Ohio, so first and foremost - look into the laws of your state and don't necessarily take my advice. This is just a point of view from your neighbor to the west. Ohio has some pretty decent gun laws. We are not oppressed by any means. You do need a permit to carry though. And I was able to get one without a problem - but I have kept my nose clean and have no criminal record. That being said, I also work for a criminal defense attorney. Carrying without a permit in Ohio will get you a felony with mandatory time (once that happens, you'll never get a CCW). Now compare that to carrying with a permit in places that have that "no guns" sign: it's now a misdemeanor because I have a permit, I just wasn't supposed to carry in a certain place. This doesn't apply to court houses but they have metal detectors so you physically can't carry in those buildings. And the way criminal law goes, if you don't have a rap sheet longer than your arm, chances are they will reduce that charge to some other misdemeanor like "criminal mischief" or "disorderly conduct". I won't lose my CCW (not the first time anyway). But again, that's a big difference. I am more inclined to take that chance (judged by 12 instead of carried by 6), but I have the protection of my CCW.
What stops you from getting your CCW? I know the Constitution should keep us from having to, but as it stands, we have to. Until this NY case is settled in the SCOTUS, you won't have much of a leg to stand on if you get busted. Not to kill your hopes, just to insert a dose of reality into the conversation. Also, I learned a lot of really good info in the CCW class. It's good training and it's a good feeling to know that I'm trained properly. So that's my 2 cents. Be safe and be smart - we need all our pedes outside of jail! :)
p.s. - there is (again in Ohio law, but check PA) a portion of our gun laws that state someone without a CCW who is going into a notoriously dangerous place; i.e., somewhere everyone knows is dangerous/nobody would argue, that they have a limited exception from the mandatory felony and jail time. For us that would be East Cleveland.
Better to be judged by jury instead of dead.
Seems particularly relevant to what's going on in San Jose today, where they just passed a measure to charge legal gun owners for all the gun crime in the city!
https://www.sfgate.com/bay-area-politics/article/San-Jose-gun-control-tax-fee-shooting-violence-new-16284790.php
Let's do the math. They say gun violence costs the city $442 million per year to be spread among the city's gun owners, but there are just over 1 million residents. If EVERYONE owned a gun they would charge each person $442 per year. But we know that's not true. If 1/3rd own a gun, that's now $1326 per year.
That will have to include the police department and their personnel along with any private security companies/personnel. But that aside since the 2nd amendment is a right it's a violation of the Civil Rights of gun owners.
Agreed and I think even charging a single dollar for the application process is unconstitutional as well. It places an unnecessary barrier to citizens.
Codes, statutes, acts, ordinances, rules, regulations, mandates, decrees, executive orders and 'public policy' are NOT "Laws". They are all "corporate by-laws" for the employees and dependents of two foreign corporate interloping federal and municipal services corporations (known as the United States of America Inc. and the UNITED STATES Inc.). Their dependents include those unlawfully converted by the 14th amendment into "US Citizens" and "Citizens of the UNITED STATES".
Semantic deception is how we find ourselves in our current position of ignorance. The trick is so simple, and yet so difficult for the majority to even entertain.
You are obviously red pilled about the "federal" income tax, I suppose.
Yessir, doesn't apply to American State Nationals.
Amen, brother. Any ideas on how we can wake up the rest of the anons around here? It amazes me that this many people believe in "the plan" and "everything you've been taught is a lie" but won't educate themselves to the fact that they don't owe a penny in tax (in most cases).
My experience has been that the majority of folks here don't seem to be responsive to this information yet. I drop little comments from time to time that garner few if any responses.
It's an awakening and expansion of awareness process. As such, only curiosity coupled with time can assist in it.
5000+ years of bowing to authority and "leaders" doesn't get wiped away in a few months or even years. It looks like a decades long process for the masses in general.
But hey, perhaps I'm wrong. Until then, only those that choose to help themselves will get value and relief from the long-standing deception most are abiding under.
As such, I'll keep dropping comments here and there for those that are ready, and I hope you do the same when inspired to do so!
The C says it in plain English:
The only cumbersome issue is the treaty clause. This is the reason why the dems have tried to push through the UN small arms agreement. That would put the UN in charge and would, by circumvention, nullify all kinds of amendments and the Bill of Rights.
This is why nullification is such a powerful act, as it forces the fed government to field a constitutional argument. However, with the whimpers in Scotus, .......
I have to add here that this treaty issue is from a certain perspective logical, however, the abuse of it is also apparent.
The Kingdom of the Netherlands after 1848 had a parliament but the king simply did his own thing. There is a clause in the dutch Constitution that incorporates unequivocally international treaties. This way the King could still rule without impediment, and even though the ratification process is put in place to balance such power, right now this process of treaty law is being abused. Think the Marrakesh pact I and II.
So, I would suggest that you either HAVE a SUPREME Constitution, or you do not. Because if you haven't, chances are you will be getting ff-ed.
On top, in the US, senators are no longer chosen by the legislature, but by the people. Effectively making the States in terms of representation, absent.
It is interesting to note how en when these changes came about in the context of the subsequent rise in power of international treaties, and embedding in a "rules based international order".
This is also why (among other reasons) the U.N. Is not our friend.
This is the trick often played. Create more layers of management and the bureaucracy takes care of itself.
Treaties are also laws, which must be made in pursuance of the Constitution.
Most people don't know that the 17th Amendment is unconstitution -- deprives the states of their sufferage, which is explicitly prohibited.
Exactly! That is the issue: UN arms treaty would be is unconstitutional even if it had been ratified by the Senate.
That is what in the above case was not discussed. Only that international treaties were unimpededly applicable as the law of the land.
The same goes for many statutes, laws, ordinances.
Their way of abusing this is 'case law', ie; practice and precidence.
They use that to distort the actual meaning.
Kinda like what the modern church does with the Bible... but that's a whole other topic.
What the fuck are you talking about? The Bible is perfect and infallible. God very specifically wants gays stoned, but changed His mind about pork. Also, Jesus is very obviously white and Republican.
Lmao.
Basically this ^^^^
And a lot more XD
Carl miller has an excellent video series.
If you want to watch a seminar by a man who walked the walk, and who also knew Carl Miller, check out Robert Fox.
Prepare to have your mind blown.
The supreme law of the land!!!
Knowing and enforcing are two different things.
Victims of home invasions being stabbed to death know it's illegal.
The persons murdering them know it's illegal.
It's just that no one will stop it.
Possibly.
While this is true. At the end of the day, might makes right. Unless we are willing and able to enforce this with deadly force, then it doesn't matter. Our government infringes on our rights every single day. Our courts infringe on our rights every single day. Millions of Americans just don't care. The Storm can't come soon enough.
Cuomo don't care about the Constitution.
I’ve told people this for years and how many laws are constitutionally illegal, especially when it comes to gun laws. People cry for the 28,000 gun laws to be enforced rather than more gun control. Screw that, 27,990 of them shouldn’t exist in the first place!
Good to see people waking up to this!
This, if properly upheld nullifies ALL gun laws regarding right to keep and bear arms.
You must apply it. We do not need this monstrosity of a federal.government. decentralizing makes local politics useless.
Tell that to Judge Schumacher at the Mesa Municipal Courthouse in Az. that sentenced me to 2years probation, 1 day in jail and 6 months anger management for calling a mask nazi a fat cunt. Under the "Disorderly Conduct: Language" Statute.
Damn, sticks and stones has left the building.
??????????????????????????????????
This means nothing if SCOTUS won't even hear the case. Pennsylvania state law violated the US constitution but no court will do anything.
