Unfortunately my fren, you are in the minority. God bless you. Having worked in research and as a clinician for 25 years, people are so conditioned to not invest in one of the most valuable and precious things they possess - their own bodies. They are willing to shell out for a house, a car, a new phone, etc, but when it comes to their health, whether medical or dental, they only want what insurance covers. Many providers tried to ax the system after the ACA and go to subscriber based practice, but is has been difficult. Now many of us are threatened by our state licensing boards to knuckle under. I am sure there are providers in your area that practice outside of the control of insurance based medicine. If we are going to change this the public needs to vote with their feet and their dollars.
They aren’t alone her in Michigan at least 1 of the hospitals is dealing the same blow to their nurses. They are offering sign on bonuses for new employees but the ones who at the time where literally sacrificing everything last year. Bout to see the medical opinion on this implode lol

They're trying, I mean I am under a mandate by the end of September. Our CEO said, well, it's going to be approved by the fall, I was like, how do you know that and who told you. He says, we know it's safe, uh, bullshit, we know damn good and well it's not safe. We've got a group together of mostly our employees but some other local facilities employees too who don't want to be mandated. It's about 2 hundred on the social media but more like 1k who've signed up to be part of a lawsuit.

I’m not entirely sure. We are in some rough waters right now. We to are prepping for the worst case. People need to realize this is the precipice. I’m scared shitless. We worked hard to get where we are. Starting over who knows how long that will take to bounce back from. 😩

THIS picture speaks VOLUMES! I worked through the pandemic! There was no additional pay for those who worked through it, no additional food stamps from the government, no rental assistance from the government, missed a lot of TV shows, gaming time, still had to help kids with their schoolwork, while the teachers worked remotely, ETC. I would rather be unemployed that forced to take something I don't believe in.

Have we forgotten about all the hospitals that claimed to be overflowing.....? The parking lots were empty, ERs empty, building like a sepulchre? The lies about the face diapers? The lies about the social isolation? WHO KNEW the truth and did not speak up? I am sick to death of the lies, the deception, the going along to get along while the people believe all the liars and harm themselves with the face diapers and then can't get jabbed quickly enough with the clotshot.

When they mandated the H1N1 Vaccine in NYS for all the medical and auxillary staff it was a trial run for this. It didn't work out well for them then and the order ended up getting rescinded.

I called bullshit from day one. I was working two “essential” jobs at the time, jobs that would send America into chaos quicker than letting out of shape, unhealthy people die. I never heard anyone in either of the field I was working in getting any praise.

New "policy changes" every week during the pandemic at my hospital. No direction at all. And now all employees at our hospital are required to be vaccinated by Oct 31st.

I've been an RN for over 30 years. God only knows the crap I've been exposed to during that time. I worked all thru the scamdemic without the vax. I knew that stuff was poison. Fortunately my place of work didn't push it. Now they're talking about the possibility of vax mandates.

Same her an RN for over 40 years and I agree with you 100% it is a scamdemic for sure. My Dr. tried to get me to take the Jab this past Wed. He said you are a nurse you know how important they are, and I am a Nurse not a Lab Rat!! My hospital in St. Louis forced us to get the regular flu shot or no job. I retired in 2017 at 62 and I'm darn glad that I did. I could not make it through a 12 hr shift with a face diaper on and put up with all of the political hospital crap the nurses are now required to do.
Amen, sister! At the hospital where I used to work, they gave us the option of getting the flu shot or wearing a mask for the entire flu season. I chose the mask. That was like 8 or 9 years ago.

I have zero sympathy for these people. Many of us lost our business or had business drop to nearly zero, supplies and materials have gone through the roof and we kept rolling. These dipshits had a full time job consistently, insurance and so forth, and had the temerity to castigate everyone else trying to keep it together F off jackasses......
Yes.. I am waiting for our CEO for the hospital I work in to announce the mandate. I am the only one unvaccinated in an office of about 15 people. Chicago, Illinois sucks.
