At Novant in Charlotte, on a women’s health floor, every nurse has called out! Yes, I said Novant and we want them to know, we are watching everything they do! So for those normies and leftest out there who need care soon, you helped create this mess!

Novant, Duke, Wake Forest Baptist and UNC all announced vax requirement at the same time. The deadline is late September or termination. I have a Novant friend whose religious exemption was denied today.
I love how UNC (who helped develop the WUflu virus) is all about this. My wife works with them and just applied for an exemption...I work with several hospitals and will most likely be a casualty of non-compliance, but I've got my armor and will not be shaken.
Our time is now. Either stand or crawl forever.
I dont understand why they just dont group up and walk out. Wtf is the hospital gonna do if every nurse just leaves?
Yep. United we stand, divided we fall.
Make the hospitals fire them so they can get unemployment. Duh!
I’ve thought about that a lot too. Unemployment sounds great, but then you are owned by the government and dependent on them for money. What’s to stop them from saying that you need to be vaccinated in order to get unemployment benefits? Unfortunately their only option is to get fired, protest, and fight legal battles. I really respect all of the healthcare workers and all the other workers in our nation who are standing up for our rights and our freedom to choose what we do with our bodies.
Unemployment is money your employer pays on your behalf. It's basically your money..
Bravo !
Damn, it’s happening now! There will be no sauce! Why do you think I put their name out there? They will cover it up, as well as the media! My wife is a nurse there and word is spreading like wildfire among all of them! Sorry, can’t do any better than that! Novant is not going to announce to the world, their new Covid policy sucks and will cost lives!
This is great news! I live in Charlotte as well, and I haven’t heard a thing about it. Thanks fren.
In cht too. Thanks fren.
Get them all together and file a class action lawsuit against that fucking hospital! It’s the only way. According to u/lawdoc on this website said that’s the best form of defense is like-minded individuals banding together, not doing it alone.
What does this mean?
Very little since it's literally someone's unconfirmed ramblings.
Really? Did you read where his wife is a nurse here in Charlotte? Boots on the ground!
Go confirm it then. LOL I heard this being discussed on the radio this morning when I got to work. Rather than drop a shit comment maybe dig yourself. Go confirm wether it’s true or not then report back. You do understand what’s going on here right?
I agree. We are in a news blackout right now. You are going to have to dig to get any info. It's only going to get worse the next few weeks
You are obviously clueless
Just like your post. Takes one to know one.
Ant, our group of healthcare workers are in a private group on telegram. We are doing protests at different facilities throughout the month of August. Also we contacted Renz law who is working with some attorneys in our state. Also, each state has a human rights commission. Those in our group who are being denied exemptions are filing complaints with the commission. If we have enough complaints, they put an investigator on our case, this is suggestion for your wife and co-workers.
Very glad to hear that! Of course the lefties will just turn on their tik tok idols and scream, "They're trying to kill people!"
This is great. On the other hand, does this just mean that the good people are going to be left unemployed and the hospitals are completely saturated with nothing but leftists or those too afraid to stand up for what is right? Is this what is happening, everywhere? In all levels of government, healthcare, police, military, etc?
Push out all of those who think for themselves. So every single person in any sort of authority no matter how small or how big is just a "I was just following orders" person or worse?
(and no, I'm not saying don't fight. I'm just wondering how this is all going to end up playing out.)
Hospitals will either have to cave or create a healthcare shortage. There are NOT enough nurses and other healthcare workers as is. (I'm personally in a field where there are more jobs than qualified workers, and the demand increases every year.)
Undertaker? Funeral director? Embalming technician?
Nah, it's fairly obscure, would prefer not to say.
Considering the deaths by clot shot going up, I'm looking at career options! I believe the industry of death may be a lucrative career in the near future. I don't look good in a suit, but I'm pretty handy with a backhoe! Digger O'Dell, shoveling off!
I'm definitely not in the know on this subject so I appreciate the info.
Nope, there are a lot of good nurses, who for the sake of financial stability, had to take the jab! We know quite a few! But they will not stay in a work environment like this! The hospital system will lose to a if vaxed nurses as well!
Sad, but good to know, thanks.
As depressing as it would be, I'm prepared to lose my home. My very first home I bought all by myself last November, and move in with my parents again just to avoid the jab..
Just one hospital?
I'm a school nurse right now, our local hospital is requiring it so I couldn't go there, the regional hospital is a horrendous place to work at and an hour away, the other hospital is another hour away and they would probably be the safest bet. Tough when I have virtually no clinical skills anymore, I've just been doing case management. So yes, I could wiggle into another job but who knows how long before they mandate it?
If all the nurses ban together at all 4 hospitals, the hospitals will NEVER be able to fill those positions, even with travel nurses. They will either have to back down or close units. F them. These nurses are right, it is their bodies not their employers. Their lives are worth more than the $65,000-$75,000 they are paid before taxes. How dare they dictate an EUA shot which has caused more deaths and long term damage in 1 year than all vaccines have caused in 25 years.
Paramedics may be in the same boat. My son is one and refuses the vax. They are already short handed on paramedics, and if a bunch are fired for this there will be no one to help those in need of urgent services and transport to the hospital.
30+ years...
Great to see this and hope the next step is a facility that welcomes persons regardless of their personal medical choices.
I believe those medical systems are right around the corner
A hospital in Iowa mandated the vaccine and a few doctors bought a building in a neighboring town to set up a vaxx free practice.
This is how it’s done.
Already a screwed up organization. My daughter worked for them in Virginia for a time. Really, really poor management. The staff did what they could to make up for it, but it was too little and too late. They have sold out their Virginia operations to the UVA health system and are re-focused on NC. Sounds like they have a lot of work to do there as well
Who wants management when y'all have diversity?
If all stand together, they would have to fire everyone and have no one to care for patients. Nurses are the backbone of a hospital and patients survive because of nurses and their skills, not because of the doctor who spends 5-10 minutes with the patient.
Well stated. TRUTH!
I've been told if you will lose your job over not taking the poison vac let them fire you DO NOT QUIT. you are in a position down the line then to sue etc
Sue Novant plus they're paying unemployment and their taxes will go up. If enough people stand up and are fired, they will lose shit tons of money. Good way for patriots to bankrupt the assholes.
Yep! Novant and Atrium in Charlotte, will soon reap a s..t storm! Their management is clueless
Oh nice! Isn't Charlotte the city that passed the bathroom bill that men who thought they were women could use the women's bathroom?
This issue took out our last Repulican Governor here in NC with some extra cheats and now we have Dem Governor Pooper.
Cooper didn’t win! He is a cheat and more people are figuring it out
Tell them HCQ works and ask them to read fauci's emails.
I’m about 30-45 minutes north of Charlotte and I had heard that doctors and nurses were protesting but this is awesome. Good for them, and good for us all.
I read about this today and it made me laugh because the media was trying to say everyone e was calling out because they are scared of delta variant 🤣 and unvaxxed people 🤣🤣🤣
Semi sauce - protests from healthcare workers in NC: https://archive.is/OPXNU
Don't bla.r anyone in the medical field if they quit their jobs over the jabs. Life over death.
DO IT GUYS!
I've had better nurses than doctors most times. They are the ones who care for you and take time to get to know you.
but they cannot write orders, unless a NP, and even then need them co signed.
Nurse here with a spicy little tidbit to keep in mind. When a hospital says they're at capacity (always crying covid) its not the capacity of the HOSPITAL its the capacity of the STAFFING. So we're gonna see mass reports of hospitals "at capacity" because nurses are walking and they're gonna play it off like its an overflow of covid.
Wow! I didn’t know that. Certainly changes things. If people are calling out or being let go bc they refuse to get vaxed, I can’t even imagine what’s going to happen when the mandates begin! Thanks for the info
Yeah, its gonna look like the hospitals are being "overrun" with covid patients but really its just a lack of staff. It'll help bump the numbers for the next "wave" they're starting to lock us down for.
I❤️NC
what are they being called out for specifically? Did I miss it?
Called out means they called out of work. Helloooo. I'm not coming to work today...bye.
Hell yes!! Faith in humanity restored! So glad the Novant nurses are standing up for themselves because the propaganda coming from the Novant docs (some, not all) is nauseating!!
Love seeing this! Every one of these hospitals needs this to happen! The authoritarians running them need to feel the pain the wallet.
Holy shit! Every one of them needs to be praised! This is how it happens, they need more support!
Sauce please. I see news articles about the protest there but nothing about a walkout.
Do you mean "called off"?
I think it means they called"out" to say they were not coming in.
Nope, they called out
What exactly does that mean?
They made a call...I'm not coming in today
kk thanks
What are the nurses' complaints? Forced vax, poor staffing, unsafe working conditions, etc? And, good for them!
I see some articles from a few days ago. Good for them! I am an RN, and I have always had mandated vaccines. Hated it. I don't work in patient care any more, so that's no longer an issue. I'm really glad to see this.
Yes! I'm an RN as well and the flu shot always pissed me off but I put up with it. I don't have to do it now that I've gotten out of patient care but if I ever had to go back, I refuse.
Yes. An MMR booster in my 40's? F that. Now that I don't do pt care any more, I can't believe the amount of bullshit I put up with. Hospital pt care nurses are treated like chattel. Really grateful to be in a job which does mandate masks, and I ignore.
They seriously wanted you to get a booster? That is ridiculous! Luckily my job is no longer requiring masks, but if they start again I'm gonna get an exemption, 3 sinus infections in 2 months, I'm done.
Yes they did, and I complief, just like I complied with every other bullshit thing some asshole in admin insisted that we do. Ha! I'm not pissed off! ha ha
Well I'm an admin now and I've said fuck it all! Colorado is now requiring a doctor sign religious immunization exemptions (amended so RNs can sign too) and I told my staff to send exemptions my way and I'll see to it they're signed. Its that parent's choice/right. And I'm tired of complying lol
I'm fired up today! Today my boss told me I could not turn away someone who stated she felt ill and appeared ill and had symptoms of illness. I'm not afraid of covid or any of that, but this chick likely had a fever. And I was just pissed bc if covid is SO DEADLY that I have to do all of this extra bs all the time, all of these precautions and documentation and BS, then why am I expected to interact with people who may have ThE ViRuS? It's time nurses stood up.
