There was one key take away however, the EMS system absolutely relies upon network connectivity from sccm provisioning to database access residing on a remote file share.
I had hoped they would run a replay attack live with the packet captures, showing the exploit flipping votes, but maybe that still is to come.

The name Bittencourt is apparently an alternative spelling to the name Bettencourt though. The Bettencourts being the name of a noble family of Norman origin that played a significant role in the history of the Portuguese Empires westward expansion into the New World. Including Brazil. Maybe a connection given ongoing events there?
The name has become very common there over the years as well.
