That place is weird, I went down there right before moving to Korea on my way to get my visa in Atlanta, then I went to check it out.
It's in the middle of really nowhere and when I was there state inmates came to maintain it and cut the grass, so it is maintained by the state.
It is MASSIVE though.... I think there is some other thing there too like a time capsule next to it there is a slab that says something on the ground, but I can't remember.
