I got covid at a party on July 3rd (Im fairly positive I got it through shedding) and was starting to get flu like symptoms by the time I went to bed that night. July 4th, I was in bed all day with flu symptoms, and had a temp that got as high as 103. I broke the fever that night and on the 5th was starting to feel better and my flu symtoms turned into a bad cold that really set into my sinuses and kept trying to set into my chest, that lasted for a couple of weeks.
Now, did I go out and get some bullshit PCR test as soon as I knew I was getting sick? Of course not, I treated my sickness like I have countless other times before, with common sense. I didnt call the "frontline doctors" or run to Tractor Supply and buy up all the horse paste, I let my body fight it naturally.
Im 48 years old and I take fairly good care of myself. I exercise and watch what I put into my body as far as diet and I quit drinking alcohol. I got pretty sick, but I have been sicker and I knew that this so called "covid" wasnt anything life threatening. How do I know it was covid if I didnt get "tested"? I lost my sense of taste and smell and just recently got both of them back.
Like I said earlier, I used common sense when I was sick and that seems to have gotten lost in all of this covid nonsense. I isolated myself, I put good nutritious meals into me, drank orange juice and stayed hydrated and let my immune system do its job, pretty simple.
It blows my mind how people have no clue on how their body works or functions and will go out and eat shit like horse paste or load up on Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquin (which are still petrochemicals) instead of looking into how to change their diet and stop eating fast food all the time or cutting back on booze and drinking more water or something as simple as getting outside in the sun for some vitamin D.
Im done dealing with retards and Im probably gonna get some shit over this post but I dont care. If people would just take better care of themselves we wouldnt be in this mess we are in.....
Some of us are not as young as you and may have co-morbidities. Each person needs to do what they think will protect them.
Luckily you did not end up sicker, but a lot of others have. I for one, have no intention of going to a hospital nor take a pcr test if I get sick.
I am almost 70. I am taking the Zelenko protocol. And bought some ivermectin pills in case I do come down with it. Best to stay out of the hospital at all costs.
As for COVID, I hope I do come down with a mild form of it so I have the antibodies in my system. (For all I know I may already have them).
No one can predict how sick they will get. Thus it pays to be prepared.
Wise, this one is.

This is my opinion but most of the comorbidities I hear about are largely people being overweight or obese which is the real "pandemic" in this country. I dont know what your comorbidities are nor do I want to know, but I believe a lot of them are do to being unhealthy...
I really don't have any but I am older than dirt.
Our medical system is a joke, if you haven't noticed, and going to the hospital seems to be a death sentence....
I'm glad the held their ground. How are thry doing now??
How do you know you actually had covid? The test can't differentiate between covid and the flu.
Even a coke can tested positive for covid...just sayin.
Well, to be fair, flu has disappeared so the only logical option any person can make is COVID (yes, I'm being sarcastic). Seriously, though, if we played this by their rules, the OP had COVID since everything else is miraculously gone.
Branch Covidian downvoted you lmao.
It sounds exactly like COVID's progression. Fever, then cough.
I don't think the flue causes a cough. . If he were asymptomatic, we could make a case, but as it is, I'd say he had whatever they're calling COVID.
Does it matter? I got sick and treated it like I always have and got better.
Since you made this about covid, then I would think it matters.
Well then HunnyB run to the doctor when you start getting a sniffle and have them put you on all the "protocols" that will end with you on a vent that will blow your lungs out, I really dont give a shit.....
Fyi, now your exposing yourself as a tolerant liberal.
Lmao I don't even believe covid exists, you're the one making a fuss out of it all. You're just pissy cause I owned you with the truth.
Im not going to argue with a child, I wish you the best....
I'm not the one behaving childishly. You were the one wishing death on me. At least be honest with yourself. Good luck.
I have no idea if I got it or not. Last Christmas I had flu like symptoms and they went away after 3 days. I treated it with rest, water, vitamins C, D3, and zinc. and here i am :D
Exactly, you used common sense. Good for you....
I had flu-type symptoms in Jan 2020 when I was 68. I was already taking zinc, D3, magnesium, K2 and trace borax. I had fever and myalgia for a few days. I took vitamin C during that week only . The loss of taste lasted a week. The dry cough lasted two weeks until I took cetirizine hydrochloride (and that killed it because it was actually caused by an immune reaction, a bit like asthma).
At no time did I lose my appetite or have breathing problems. There was no test back then.
actually supplements are all a scam thats like basic anyone can google level stuff
While it is true that most people recover naturally with their own immune system, I don't see any reason to suffer for weeks if you can take ivermectin and beat it in a couple of days. Ivermectin stops the virus (not just covid, but many others) from entering your cells and replicating. It does this by binding to the spike proteins which blocks the virus from attaching to your cells. I think everyone should have some ivermectin on hand just to make the inevitable virus attacks shorter and less miserable.
All the other things you mention (good nutrition, sunlight, exercise, supplements for immune system related vitamins) are also important. But there is no reason to suffer unnecessarily when a safe treatment is available.
I never suffered, was just miserable for a couple weeks, no biggie....
Yep, treated it with Vit C and zinc, with a bourbon/ginger ale chaser.
Ha ha I actually drank a little ginger ale too. My mom always gave me ginger ale when I was sick as a kid. Maybe it's a placebo effect but I always feel a little better after drinking it...
same here, but have read where ginger does have some health benefits.
Yes ginger is very good for you, just not how sure it is good for you when its in a carbonated beverage full of HFCS
True but it is delicious, especially with a shot or 2 of Crown or Kentucky Bourbon.
Try the Zevia ginger ale. It is carbonated, but it's sweetened with stevia & monk fruit.
I like Red Rock Ginger Ale which uses real sugar but haven't had it in years.
There's a ginger beer called Cock 'N Bull that's got a nice bite, too.
My favorite was Vernor's because I'm from the Midwest originally but quit drinking it once they switched to HFCS.
Last November I got "it" - my symptoms were constant headache, subdued taste & smell, and gushing nosebleeds. I did not bother getting tested, did not go to the doctor and did not even take anything at all for it (and this is despite the fact that at that time, I still believed the bullshit "they" were feeding everyone about covid). It went away on its own after 5 days or so.
Thanks for sharing that info Anna and I wish you good health into the future
My wife and i both had it. All we noticed was the food didn't taste right for a few days. That's it. But we both come from a long line of great DNA and "Cententials"
My Mom got it at 80. If she had followed your advise - she would have died! Each person is an individual, and can make their own individual choices on how to treat their own illnesses. It wasn't until the Ivermectin and HCQ (both prescribed by our dr.) were added to my moms treatment plan, that things turned around for her. 7-10 day covid illness, NO Lung damage, and mom is now at the gym - 5 days a week - at the age of 81!
Another interesting thing I have seen, is that people who are taking the ivermectin, be it prescribed OR the paste - have had increased health! Loss of brain fog, and cleared their system of parasites, which can really drain your system of vital nutrients!
The fact that you refer to a Nobel Peace Prize winning medication, used on humans since 1996 - tells me a lot about yourself. The premise that people are using 'horse paste' was a psyop by the MSM to demean and denigrate those who chose to take their own health measures into their own hands. Why would you do the same?
Lets not forget why people were/are using horse paste? Why is that? Well, because the medical community and 'science" decided to block humans from being prescribed the human approved Ivermictin. In addition, if they were lucky enough to have it prescribed - the pharmacy would not fill the human prescribed Ivermectin.
Perhaps you should try not to be such a smug - self serving - person, and just accept that there are times when such drugs would benefit a fellow human being. Wh would you begrudge ANYWONE from using ANYTHING that could save their life, and/or shorten the length of their illness, of which I have seen SO MANY reports here on PDW!
To add to all I said above - I am grateful you are healthy, and seem to be taking good care of your health! I am also happy that the choices you made for your own health worked well for you! You chose what worked best for - and I am all for others having the same choices for their health!
Everytime I see somebody posting on Facebook that unvaccinated people should be banned from hospitals, I point out the CDC doesn't count you as being vaccinated until 14 days after your second shot (or first shot if J&J or AstraZeneca).
The second thing I point out is the unvaccinated (who haven't been injected) aren't going to hospitals if they get Covid. They're taking horse paste and getting better in 4 days like Joe Rogan, and then I post a gif of a horse.
I think this helps me get past the censors because they think I'm mocking the unvaccinated possibly.
It definitely triggers people though.
Well done Fren!
I appreciate your post and am glad your mother is doing better. You can call me smug and self serving or any other name that makes you feel better. Im not 80 years old and would more than likely do things differently if I was and got sick. I served 20 years in the military and had vaccinations each and every year I was in and I now refuse to put any vaccine or shot or any medications into my body, that's my choice. Did I ever once say I am better than anyone else? I dont believe so, you just took it that way. Best of luck to you, oh and you dont need a pharmaceudical drug to get rid of parasites, there are natural ways, just saying.
Hey sorry I called you smug. I just had a heartfelt reply.
Yes I know of a way that you can rid yourself of parasite with parasite cleanse is using green walnut hulls, cloves, and wormwood. This is an actual full parasite cleanse, and it takes about a week to two weeks depending on what you feel is necessary for your own body.
I support you 100% in wanting to do things naturally, and be healthy, eat organic, stuff like that. Unfortunately, like your post says, a lot of people are not very healthy, and don’t want to take the time to do it 7 to 14 day parasite cleanse. Much less go for a swim.
There’s an actual way to treat your body with frequency zapping as well. But people called Hulda Clark A quack! She was way before her time, and I have done both the zapping and parasite cleanses.
The one thing that I do like about ivermectin being brought into the spotlight, is that people are actually admitting that humans have parasites. And we do! You’ll never hear a regular physician admit to that, or try to treat somebody for that.
Now that the horse paste is being consumed by humans, they might actually listen to some other doctors from back in the day that were trying to explain how parasites can be so bad for your body.
Even just getting a parasite cleanse from ivermectin, one time, can help somebody immensely. But the ivermectin only kills specific parasites, where a true parasite cleanse will get just about all of them. Not all of them, but a larger majority of them.
I don’t live in Hawaii. I’m housesitting for six glorious weeks.! A much better place to be than Arizona at this point in time in the heat. I just thought it would take a vantage of what is available to me to continue to work on my health.
Thank you for your service, and I’m sorry that you had to take all those stupid vaccines that they force people in the military to take. It seems like you are doing well for yourself these days. God bless you!
I use a zapper every night when I sleep. The outgoing connection has always turned dark gray and needed to be cleaned regularly. I got exposed to covid the weekend before Memorial Day and I have followed the Frontline protocol for the most part...Ivermectin, NAC, zinc, quercetin, vitamin C, vitamin D and K, multi, B complex and recovered without any problem. I am 70 and pretty healthy...use only alternative healing methods. Anyway the zapper lead is only slightly gray meaning my body is not throwing off as many toxins as normal. I personally am grateful for the knowledge shared on useful protocols for covid because it is a man-made bioweapon and we really don't know the totality of the damage it is able to cause in our bodies. By the way, organite has been discussed in reference to neutralizing graphene oxide and to protect against 5G. There are many great things we have to protect and keep us safe.
Great news! Yeah Napping is pretty awesome! Is there some zapping protocol that can offset the graphing oxide, or the effects of the vaccine?
I don't believe there would be a zapping protocol but I did read some info (where?) on Organite and it's use in helping to protect from graphene oxide. I did download "NUTRITION PROTOCOL TO DEACTIVATE & NEUTRALIZE GRAPHENE OXIDE" that had some great information.
Thanks for the information
Is it organite
Or
Orthonine
?
Orgonite.
"I am done dealing with retards"...your own words.
That's great to hear Greydle, our creator gave us incredible immune systems
Most of my Family has had it, only one person out of about 8 had any sort of treatment and that was because she did develop pneumonia. Everyone recovered fine except my taste/smell isn't right and a couple others say the same. Many Frens have similar stories.
We all use quercetin and zinc with vitamins C&D. My symptoms were kinda like yours, had one little period of a few hours where it seemed difficult to breathe otherwise it was flu, short fever, body aches and tiredness. In 3 days or so I was fine.
I'm near 70, pretty good health, 5'8 165 pounds, drink a fair amount of beer and liquor, eat muh cheezburgers and Tex-Mex. My immune system handles everything I throw at it very well, I heal quick, I always suffer less than most other people when flus or whatever strike. And I have a secret weapon which helps my immune system, I have always smoked a lot of pot. Believe it or not pot does a lot of good things for me, for Humans.
Ivermectin is safe for Humans, it is in some senses almost a wonder drug. It is telling that in America we have to obtain it in a horse paste when our double damned corrupt government gives it to illegals from certain areas. It is used all over the world for various things and should cost about 10 cents a pill, that's what I paid for a supply to keep just because I can.
For 10 cents a pill, no one needed to die. Cuomo murdered thousands but 10 cents a pill could have saved those people, for instance.
Anyhow, don't know why you'd expect shiite this was a good post, these stories serve to reinforce everyone's perceptions and comfort level..... we are all in this together after all.

Thanks for the post my friend, I believe living your life without fear and doing what you have always done is great. I wish you nothing but the best
I'm the same age and recently got covid. Contrast, I'm NOT in good shape, obese & diabetes (I'm working on these things though). I've had the flu to compare and Covid wiped me out for a good 10 days. Very lethargic, chills, nasty cough, headache, extremely shortness of breath, hard time eating anything & visibly looked like I had a foot in the grave. When my horse paste arrived, that really seemed to push it back and regress a good bit with each dose. I've vowed since to lose weight and get back in shape. B/c if more variants are coming, I want to be able to shrug them off like you did. My friends older brother (60 yo) unvaxxed caught covid. Skinny as a rail, but died last week. Went to the hospital and they immediately put him on a vent....then started developing blood clots in his legs, amputated his legs, then he became septic and died. So, whatever you do, dont go to the hospital, it's a fucking death sentence right now.
I commend you on taking your health back and wish you the best of luck in doing so. I would suggest, and this is my opinion, looking into the keto diet and intermittent fasting. Cutting out processed foods and sugar can be extremely difficult but not impossible. I do my own version of keto and intermittent fasting and I am the healthiest I've ever been and would recommend them to anyone. But do your own research and see what works best for you. Oh and I also recommend looking into how to get rid of parasites as I believe most of us are loaded with them, Lord knows I was. Again, I wish you nothing but the best....
Thank you fren, that's definitely the road i'm headed down
Overweight and diabetes? Cut out all refined carbohydrates forever. That includes sucrose, fructose, beer, bread, pasta, cake, biscuits and ALL processed food. (If it's in a can or bottle, it probably contains sugar.) Also cut out doctors unless you have a physical injury. You don't need their "advice" or statins.
some people have diabetes 1. That means your body does not produce any natural insulin. You have to have insulin to survive. however, I agree 100% - diabetes 2 can be treated by eating right and exercise, etc... at least Most of the time.
Great advise Greekish
I had it.
From my experience it was a rough flu and I could taste sweet fuck all for a week.
No treatment or anything of the sort.
Just locked down in my own home for 10 days (felt fine after a week) and then out and about like normal.
Edit: me, relatively healthy man about to turn 37
I'm an extremely fit, healthy senior, refuse to take any of the existing "vaccines" and am relying on my immune system to keep me safe. I think (THINK) Ihad covid or something like it in March 2020... cold like symptoms and had to skip the gym a couple of days, so I may have already had it. Was over it in 2 days, never went to the doctor, and just shook it off.
My goal is to be a healthy and fit senior, life is too precious to be sick all the time. Best of luck to you...
People my age ask me all the time how I stay so fit. I just don't have the heart to tell them that it takes discipline, getting to my gym 5 days a week rain or shine, no smoking or alcohol, eating a healthy diet, and getting a good night's sleep. Every day, no excuses.
I know they don't want to hear it, and wouldn't do it anyway. So I just tell them "I work at it" and leave it at that.
I got a LOT of discipline in the Marine Corps, and it has served me well ever since.
20 year AF vet here my friend and I completely understand about discipline even though I was in the "chair force". Nobody takes pride in themselves anymore it seems and that's unfortunate. Glad to hear you are doing well and I wish you continued success. Thank you for your service Patriot.....
Not sure why the fuck somebody would downvote this comment. Have an updoot.
To you too, Patriot, thank you.
I didn't get it and let my nutritional knowledge dictate what I needed to strengthen my immune system. Turned out I was already taking everything they recommended to prevent infection!! Knowledge is power!!
Good for you numina, wish you the best of health into the future....
I had it Christmas of 2019. Felt like an awful flu...but the cough lasted into February. I took otc meds and hot toddies. Ofc I didn't know it was anything different until they announced it later.
In 2011 or 12 i read that Obama let loose a contagion in th Boston subway system to "test the germ sensors." We made fun of that idea at work all winter.
Then i got a terrible flu with a lingering cough for about a month.
Every winter since i get it. I've been calling it the government flu for 10 years or so.
Went to Mardi Gras 2020 and came home w the government flu. By then everyone was calling it Corona. I got better on my own like every other govt flu season.
This July i went up to NY to see family and i got a lil wild, went home w a probably vaxxed young woman. Govt flu again all through August. Lost my sense of smell.
I took the horse paste this time because I've never had the govt flu in the summer time. My symptoms stopped witjin a day of my 2nd dose/day taking it. Smells slowly are returning.
I don't see doctors or take medicine. Sometimes in the past when the flu was bad I'd buy some amoxicillin on the street and take a few doses for a jump but for the most part it's all vitamins and sleep.
No joke, I’ll never call it COVID again. Only government flu! Maybe Kung flu if I’ve had a drink around my liberal family members lol
Do you remember that Obama era war crime that they pretended through? We laughed and laughed
Government flu, I like that. I found it strange that I got "covid" which, in my opinion is nothing more than an upper respiratory infection, in the middle of the summer.
I want to compliment OP for replying to almost every reply on this post. He has taken the time to post something important to him, and followed up and continued the discussion, whether someone agrees or not! THIS is what PDW is all about!
Thank You OP!
I am off the the beach in beautiful Hawaii, where I swim to the buoy and back to work on my health! Its a bitch some days, but I keep going back for more!
God bless and have a great day!
I really appreciate the comment my friend and wish I had a beach nearby where I could go swimming, although its unfortunate you live in liberal Hawaii. This topic is very important to me, especially when I have loved ones who just ran out and got the vax when they have never been sick.
I understand how you feel about the vax. My daughter got it and my brother and his wife got it. But there’s just some things you can’t tell people. They just won’t listen. All I can do is pray that God make sure they got the Celine, or that it’s not gonna hurt them individually. So far so good for my brother and his wife, but my daughter seems to be more rational every day. I believe there is something to say about the VAX driving people mad in the mind!
My family seems to have lost their minds after they got the vax, to the point to where I dont even want to talk with them.
Me too. My daughters gone full commie. What’s the point in having a conversation with somebody that you have nothing in common with. At all whatsoever. Nothing I say, nothing I do, nothing I’m interested in, can’t go without a smirk or a holier than thou attitude. I’m leaving her in the hands of the Lord. Only he can fix this mess.! Please pray for my daughter if you’re a Christian
That is very unfortunate about your daughter and I will pray for her as I do everyday for my family...
Gob bless Fren ! Gonna hit the water!
You have no idea how much I envy you, have a great swim
Ivermectin is not a petrochemical. It's derived from a soil bacterium which created the substance to repel nematode worms. Scientists discovered it worked against all manners of parasites and it has revolutionized medicine.
Hydroxychloroquine is a manmade substance and is a structural analog of chloroquine, which was a synthetic form of quinine developed by Nazi scientists.
Quinine is found in the bark of the Cinchona tree, which is native to Peru, and is a potent antimalarial with harsh side effects. The synthetic versions were created in an attempt to reduce some of the side effects of quinine. The English preferred mixing it with gin, mint, and lime juice.
I think I had it last Oct; had a low fever and felt like hell for ~4 days but could still do the office job from home. Took plenty of zinc/zicam, elderberry and Animal Pak multi-vitamins. Took a total of 3 weeks off from the gym but was then back to full strength (M/36).
Not saying it isn't dangerous. We lost our office director (60) and one of my old classmates died in his sleep from it.
I treated it with changing my diet, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Quercetin and liquid IV and I did all this by researching on a Covid Long Haulers support group that I found. I did have heart test done and Pulmonary test done after the fact. Four weeks in still sick, I was tested for pneumonia and blood test were done. Took me 8 weeks to get over the virus and I still have weird side effects mostly related to my body temperature that started when I got sick in Jan 2021 and still confuse the shit out of me but I am teaching myself to live with it, through trail and error!
No I am not
Thyroid is the body's thermostat...maybe some inflammation, iodine deficiency or damage...just a thought.
Late 30s. 20-30 pounds overweight. Went to doctor three months before I got covid and was given a clean bill of health with a recommendation to lose 10-20 pounds. I was drinking a lot and went to a bar where I assume I caught covid. I was knocked on my ass for 10 days, lost sense of taste and smell for a month. Did not get full taste and smell back for two months. Felt cognitively impaired for two months.
It really, really sucked and was the worst illness I’ve ever had….but I never felt the need to go to the hospital. I went to the doctor and he reminded me that he told me to lose weight. He said even 5-10 pounds can make a difference. So with that knowledge, I cut out all sugar and starches, began exercising and lifting weights. I make sure I sleep seven hours a night. I have never felt better in my life. I’m down 40 pounds from when I got sick and I feel like I’m 18 again. I take a daily vitamin D and zinc supplement.
The best medicine is diet and exercise, no matter what comorbidities you have.
Awesome reply, thanks for the comment and great job on getting your health back, I love stories like that. Best of luck to you....
I got it. I was flying back and forth from San Francisco to Houston around November/December 2019. So did my family. So did my aunt, a 68 year old woman.
Hard cough, couldn't lay on my back, aches and pains.
After about 2 weeks, I was fine. I took no additional medication or anything. Just rode it out. For my aunt it, was an additional two weeks of coughing.
I’m 34, and my girlfriend is 28. She works at an elementary school and for my job I see no one. I go to my office and come home. That’s it.
She started showing symptoms of the flu or covid (they’re honestly interchangeable) and she went and got tested and it came back “positive for covid”.
They prescribed her 8 medications. 8! After about 5 days, I started showing symptoms as well. I never got tested, but I lost my taste and smell. Still regaining it now. I was treating myself with zinc, D, C, ibuprofen 800mg and gel capsule mucinex.
The worst it got for me was some chills and feeling tired and physically worn out all the time with some slight shortness of breath. But the first day I began to feel healthy it was like I shed my skin and started new again. We are perfectly fine and not once did we consider going to a hospital or ER. I’ve had the Flu and it was tremendously more intense than “covid”.
They say people with covid die in hospitals, not at home. Makes you wonder if the treatments are worse than the ailment. Anyways, that’s my story!
8 prescriptions? That's not surprising. Glad to hear you are both doing better..
Thanks! One was an inhaler. One was a muscle relaxer? One was ibuprofen, one was for inflammation, etc
We literally said “they’re just throwing whatever at it to see and hope something works” lol
Western medicine at its finest, were they searching on Google as to how to treat it also?
I’m sure the clinic asked their Facebook page for suggestions.
We only took the medicine we felt would help us, a nasal spray for congestion, she took the muscle relaxer but in all we only used about 10% of the pills she was prescribed.
Her nurse wasn’t upset or seem unhinged she wasn’t vaxxed. She was more upset she waited 3-4 days to go in to get prescribed all that shit
The more I research, the more I realize I am on to something with dry fasting.
The last time I got sick was FEB 2020. I don't know if it was the coof because I didn't get tested. (Why would I?)
But what I did do was to immediately start dry fasting. I had the dry heaves on night #1 (dry heaves only because there was no food in my stomach to vomit).
I don't know if I lost my sense of taste or smell. Since I wasn't eating, there was nothing to taste. I don't remember anything unusual about smell, but I rested a lot and wasn't paying attention to smell.
In the past, colds kept me down for 2-3 weeks. That's with the standard cold medicines, chicken soup, etc. This time with dry fasting, I was pretty much back to normal by day #3.
I recently came across something that says that vitamin D is locked up in fat cells. Other than really skinny people, most of us have some bodyfat (some a lot more than others). Vitamin D gets locked up inside the fat cells, making it unavailable to the body. This might be why so many Americans are vitamin D deficient.
Dry fasting forces the body to break down the fat cells to get at the lipids for energy and the water for hydration. In the process, it releases some of that stored up vitamin D, which can now circulate in the body.
Vitamin D is important in building the immune system, making it stronger by providing the tools to build more T cells and other parts of the immune system. I haven't done a deep dive into it, but that's my basic understanding.
Since then, I have felt fine, even though I have been around a lot of the vaxxed. No issues.
Fasting is a tried and true method of healing the human body that's been around for thousands of year's. I do intermediate fasting and I have seen great results in doing it...
Is it this video?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_tjFEL_Qb4
Sounds like nothing at all to do with a few days of dry fasting, for normal people.
Cole Robinson (Snake Diet) has probably done more fasts than anyone on planet Earth.
He sure seems healthy.
What are the details?
Intermittent fasting is where you eat within a certain time frame. I usually eat anywhere between 5pm and 11 pm and eat nothing else in between. Sounds difficult but is rather easy once you are used to it.
We got it July ‘20, wife (age 46 at the time) got it a day and a half before me (53).
Neither of us took anything for it. Sick (normal flu symptoms) for about 12 hours (me) and 18 hours (her) and after that initial sickness period we felt about 75% better, and spent the following week (me) and two weeks (her) tapering off the lingering symptoms.
The first several days we were tired and slept a lot more than usual, and also had decreased appetite. After several days I was back on my mountain bike, despite a heavy feeling (hard to describe) in my upper chest when breathing heavy.
We’re both very fit, healthy eaters, and spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun.
EDIT: Just wanted to add that in the 14 months since then, neither of us has had so much as a sniffle. Did fighting it off naturally make our immune systems even stronger?
You must be doing something right if you haven't been sick since last July. May you and your wife continue to be blessed with great health.
Once you've had it, you can't get it again. This is according to Dr. Peter McCullough.
Yes, I got covid in December 2020, got tested, and just stayed home for 10 days. To be honest I got stir crazy after 7 days and went outside for a stroll because it was really beautiful weather for early December.
At the time I was 26. Young, fit, healthy female. Also at that time I didn't know about ivermectin, and finding HCQ was impossible, so this is how I got better:
Rested. A LOT. I either slept a lot more, took naps, or just lazed on the couch all day watching movies or reading. The only time I did any kind of activity was when I went for a walk after 7 days of going crazy inside.
Drank LOTS of water, ginger ale, but especially tea with honey. I found out that cold drinks aggravated my coughing, but warm drinks with honey soothed my aching chest and scratchy throat.
Ate as much as I could stomach. When I get sick I always lose my appetite, and that happened with covid too, but I forced myself to eat even if I didn't feel hungry. I ate 3 meals a day, mostly homemade chicken and barley soup (got real sick of that after a while) and that kept my strength up and helped my body fight the illness. No, I didn't lose my sense of taste or smell, everything was normal.
Took a lot of anti-inflammatory medicines to help with my insanely congested nose. I could barely breathe through my nose, but ibuprofen helped ease it a bit. I didn't have the right kind of medicine with me at the time so I had to settle for that.
Took a lot of cough drops, helped soothe my coughs. My coughing was more ticklish and itchy in my throat, and I produced no mucus, it was dry. As someone with asthma I was surprised my breathing wasn't affected at all. Other than occasional coughs and my stuffy nose I could breathe normally.
And that's it. That's all I did. It DID take me about 14 days to fully recover, but I was feeling almost completely normal by about 7 or 8 days, so much so that I actually started working on some digital art I hadn't finished. I was pretty productive.
If I'd had better medicine, like for congestion, I probably would have recovered faster. It would have been even better with ivermectin or HCQ but both of those were not available to me.
I’m pretty sure my mom and I got in in April of 2020 and I got it from her. Her symptoms were worse than mine and she was sick for like 2 weeks. She’s also on heart medication so she can’t ever take medicine for something as small as a headache.
When I got it, I had one day where I was aware I was getting sick. One day where I knew I was sick, then two days of ‘oh my god, I’m dying’ sick. It lasted 4 days. I did what you would normally do when sick: vitamins, rest, DayQuil at day NyQuil at night, drink plenty of fluids and try to keep food down. Definitely the weirdest flu I had, but I wasn’t scared I had covid and I certainly wasn’t going to go get tested.
Covid is fake, its the flu. Pcr isnt a test.
Preaching to the choir, my friend...
Someone I know IRL got COVID in jail. They wouldn't actually give him any drugs other than like Tylenol. I don't think they would even let them have vitamins. They locked him and another positive inmate in their room and just let them sit for 3 weeks until they tested negative. He's 50 years old in decent health for his age. Truth is I think half the prison got it(several hundred) and only a few actually died. That's with little to no treatment.
This is one of the reason I believe that the hospitals are what's killing people. They have been given protocols that are meant to kill not heal.
I agree about the hospitals darwyn, thanks for the post...
I had it in april 2020. I was sick AF for a solid week then another week eating and recovering and then another week getting my wind back. I couldnt walk up a flight of steps without sitting down and resting for a few minutes. 43 no meds and no comorbidities. I killed it with KY whiskey lol.
I was sick earlier this year with a dry hacking cough that wouldn't go away with my normal remedies, but it never got worse. However, after 10 days or so I went to Urgent Care and I refused to be tested. I got a ZPak and that did the trick. However, my sis and b-i-l both got the "virus" in Oct and completely recovered (sis said the actual flu she had earlier was far worse than the so-called positive sickness). AND, because she does in-home care for patients, she HAD to get the jab a couple of months ago, regardless of having antibodies.
In a couple of weeks I'm scheduled to be with jabbed people for several days so I will be beefing up my Vit C and D, Zinc and others. My guard will be up!
That is unfortunate about sister and the jab, hearing stories like that makes my blood boil. I would recommend eating healthy and taking your vitamins (if that's what you choose) because, in my opinion, the vaccinated are the ones spreading it
That's why I'm going to beef up my intake before spending time with the people that are jabbed. However, I may re-think my decision about spending time with them and cancel. I have an underlying condition so I don't want to set myself up for failure. I have some time to think about it.
It's so very sad how this "pandemic" has divided us.....
I would respectively correct you and say that the media has divided us, not the pandemic. If the media didn't get everyone in a panic to get the jab, this would be over with. However, I've looked at multiple data reports and they all point to jabbed are the "spreaders."
And I stand corrected kkuff as you are correct in that the media has divided, not covid....
I got sick march 2020. Did my isolation spoke w my doctor on zoom . Given my symptoms and where I worked he said he had no doubt I had it. I told him whst I'd been doing. All common sense stuff. Luckily I kept pedilight on hand when I was caregiving mom .that helps a lot benadryl to keep sinus as dried out as possible. Pumping vitamins. Vicks rub...keep a lot on hand throw a blob on shower floor take a hot shower. Chest neck armpits n feet. It really helps a lot. I'm sure this is what my son got from nursing home visit 1/25/2020. He was at the doctors every week until late february early march. Multiple rounds of steroids n azithromiacin last batch highest you could get w zinc, more steroids.......better in a day..... I feel sick again now. But I'm not going to call the good doctors helping us if I can help it. Uc is gone jobs arent as easy to get at my age. Especially w jabmania in play. Every penny is very dear especially needing to move... But I'm definitely getting something. Throat is bothersome. Taking zinc vit c vit d....
Your son got Vicks rub from nursing home visit? You can buy it at any pharmacy.
Not sure where you derived that from.
I'm guessing she meant her son got infected from a nursing home visit in January and it's the same thing she got later in March.
I Have 2 brothers who got Covid, flue like symptoms for 2 or 3 weeks and now they're fine. Both tested positive for the anti bodies.
That's good to hear JDawg. I haven't gotten tested for antibodies but Im sure I would test positive as well
I'm OTA (over 55) and did pretty much the same. but still, having the chills and a fever of 101 when my body temp is normally (A.M.) 97.6 or so was stressful. Pretty much stayed in bed except to get water and take care of other essentials.
Glad you are feeling better powder room, take care and God Bless
(Will do, God Bless You, too!
I am pretty sure I had the Kung Flu in May of 2020 as I was dealing with what seemed like a bad case of the flu for about 4 days.
I don't get flu shots and rarely get the flu, I just might feel tired for a day or two and then it's done.
But this time I actually had to take off work for a few days and all I did was sleep for hours and hours.
Sleep, along with some vitamins got rid of it and no, I have never had a test and I don't ever plan on having one.
