Look at your behavior and the rest of the CDC, FDA, NIH, Pfizer and Moderna. If this were a legitimate pandemic, Congress and staffers, the WHITE HOUSE staff, FDA, CDC, Pfizer, and Moderna staff, along with Afghan refugees and illegal aliens would not be exempt. So stuff it. We do not as U.S. citizens ask the government for permission. The government entities better get on their knees and ask the citizens for permission. All of the above, including corrupt Big Pharma need to be disbanded, lose funding and everyone lose their jobs. This will put a small dent in the trillions of U.S. debt. We do not need any of these agencies, including the White House and Congress. Take a legislator elected from each state to take the place of Congress on Federal decisions.

Declaration of the pandemic was an arbitrary human decision. So it can just as arbitrarily be un-declared at any time. Ditto for all the other human imposed constraints that have no substantive reason for existing - 'we cant reopen until we hit XXX vax rate' for example. If you make that assertion, you can just go ahead and de-assert it.
