My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

Say little... Sign nothing.
And record everything.
This is what I had told him but not sure if it was correct. Thanks to all who answered.❤️
Absolutely. Why do anything they ask you to do? What are they going to do, fire him again?
The only reason they would ever want you to sign something is for their benefit.
Man why even take that phone call. I'd say I'm not taking phone call. Email me everything so my attorney can look at it.
Do not sign anything.
Put the burden of proof on THEM. They want the burden of proof on YOU. Do not let them get away with it.
Tell THEM to sign YOUR document. Tell hubby to pull out his phone and start video recording when he gives them this document, proving that they saw it, read it, and refused to sign it (because they will definately refuse, which you then use in court):
NOTICE
It has come to my attention that the National Institutes of Health has published a research paper that states that there is NO CORRELATION between vaccine rates and Covid cases.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8481107/
There are approximately 3,200 counties and county-equivalents within the United States. Since 2,947 of them, or approximately 92%, show NO CORRELATION between vaccine status and Covid cases, you have no medical or legal justification to terminate my employment for refusing to take an experimental drug that has (a) shown NO SAFETY, (b) shown NO EFFICACY, and for which (c) there is NO CORRELATION with Covid cases.
Presumably, the company wants to "reduce Covid cases" by forcing employees to be injected with experimental drugs. However, since there is NO EVIDENCE that such a mandate would serve ANY benefit to the company, or ANY employee, or ANY customer, then the company has NO legal basis upon which to terminate my employment contract unilaterally.
In fact, doing so is FRAUD and COERSION. In addition, the executives who have made this decision, along with any other persons, including attorneys, human resource managers, or any other persons are engaging in Conspiracy Against Rights, which is a federal felony.
I explicity refuse to take an experimental drug which you are falsely claiming is a "vaccine" and are necessarily implying -- fraudulently -- is effective at preventing illness in myself and/or others.
Please acknowledge receipt of this notice by signing below.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge I have read and understand this document. I further acknowledge that I am terminating the employment of ___________ for refusing to receive an injection of an experimental drug, for which I have no scientific, medical, or legal basis upon which to make such demand.
Name/Date
Wow. Great response, MAG768720. Your suggested NOTICE form is excellent. Might actually save the guy's job; at the very least it'll cause some squirming.
Squirming. That's what we want. ;-)
We should stop thinking about playing defense, and start playing offense. We should start thinking about suing and prosecuting criminally many of these people.
They ARE criminals, by definition.
Yes. Criminals, absolutely, and we're talking serious criminality. It's good to see lawsuits and prosecutions actually happening here and there, and I hope to see a lot more of that.
Also, I hope to see the White Hats (they actually DO exist, right?) bring the hammer down soon; way too many people have died, been maimed, lost their jobs or life savings or businesses; lost friends or family, and so on. Yes it's war; yes collateral damage can't be entirely prevented, but there is such a thing as a point of no return and for many people, that point has already been reached. For America as a whole it's not far away, I think.
Well done!
What an absolutely amazing letter! You are genius level!
"COERSION" is properly spelled "COERCION".
No means no. Don't sign anything.
I love that.
No means no. My body, my choice!
Go over: Join Free. This is a Florida Lawyer and he has all sorts of great information about the Unconstitutional Mandates. This is a very good resource and information, even though you live in Colorado. My son might end up in the same boat as your husband, but he believes in the Constitution and will come back on the no goods once all the Lawsuits start happening.
Do not sign or agree to or with anything. Prayers with your family.
They may dangle Severance w a hold harmless agreement. Do not take the money.
In most jurisdictions, you cannot be forced to sign anything except with a severance of some sort, and you have to be given time to decide to accept or deny the severance offer. I know I'm hitting this thread late, but this would be something to check if severance is on the table.
When families are faced with a termination, often 5K can be a good inducement to give up one's rights. Everyone's situation is different.
If it’s not too late, I would get ahold of an employment law attorney ASAP
He or she may be able to front run them a bit by sending an email to HR stating your religious claim is valid and that any discrimination against your religious beliefs will be adjudicated in court.
I don't live in the US and therefore don't know your laws. But I would say as little as possible and sign nothing. If they ask you yes/no questions (which creepy employers and lawyers love to do) to nail you, say "I cannot answer that at the moment". Good luck and stay strong!
A lawyer once told me the same thing. Say as little as possible. Mostly yes or no.
He is not obligated to sign anything. I would not sign anything. They are terminating him. Why would he have to sign a document to be terminated? No good reason!
Because of top security clearance
Hmm. Just read everything & have a lawyer look it over if you have any questions. It's most likely routine and nothing to worry about. Luckily Colorado has a lot of good jobs open.
Unfortunately not in my husband’s specialty. DoD!
Colorado has tons of federal jobs/contracts, although you may run across the same issue.
Regardless Colorado is hurting for workers right now - he could get a good job in a few weeks.
Tell them your lawyer has to review any and all paperwork prior to signing. I was retiring for the 2nd time at the end of the year. I refused to sign an Attestation Form which allowed my employer to share my vaccination, partially vaccinated or unvaccinated status with anyone they deemed necessary for their business model. I put a statement at the bottom saying why I would not sign. HR made my boss talk with me and explain the form! Next came the flu mandate. I claimed a religious exemption which said by signing I understand they may not accommodate my religious exemption request if deemed unreasonable. Next it was they want to talk to me 2:1 about a patient complaint. I said I would not do it without an attorney present and since I was retiring in 2 months I am turning in my resignation effective immediately. Pure harassment and they can kiss my a**. I worked as needed, no benefits, was helping my colleagues out around the holidays so they could be with their families. They just screwed my colleagues because I am done jumping through hoops.
Default is not to sign anything, take away for consideration. They will tell you its standard stuff, you must sign now, etc, but it is worth reading everything first. You can also append whatever you want to any "new contract" they may be seeking to establish with you.
The way I see it, you have nothing left to lose, so I would be minded to have them sign something confirming the reason is they refuse to recognise your rights under the constitution/common law/international law (in legal terms).
I am not a lawyer though - hope someone can give you suitable wording.

Thank you❤️
Inform HR, that you are recording everything based on advice from your lawyer. Do not sign anything. State on the recording that you have submitted both a religious and medical exemption that was denied and you do not understand how they can insist - coerced to take an experimental injection that is NOT FDA approved, it is under a EUA. No one has been able to provide Comirity, the FDA approved version.
At the end of the day, unless you have an employment contract, you are under a right to work contract where both parties can end the relationship for no reason what so ever. There might be some litigation in the future, but chances are slim, IMHO.
Covid could travel from him in Colorado to Boston , and you sure that you both don't want to reconsider the little jab?
Any attorney would be able to make a good case for you.
If you can't find one with a backbone, call me.
I'll pull a jury from this forum, if only ......
.....we could find justice in this world.
I would hire a lawyer to be present and online for the interview.
Record the telephone HR interview, it may be helpful down the road.
Make sure of wiretap laws first. It’s a illegal to record a conversation without the other persons knowledge in Florida, and the evidence is not admissible. I would get their permission to record.
You can also record and then transcribe conversation, that works well.
Thank you!
File an EEO suit
They violated your right to free speech, your right to be secure in your person (4th amendment), due process, your civil rights and are forcing you to take risks without compensation. Finally they arbitrarily changed the terms of your employment after the contract was made
Thank you!
If Colorado is a one-party consent state, then record the conversation. If not, take notes and request EVERYTHING in writing.
Say nothing. Sign nothing. No "yes" and "no", only such as "acknowledged".
You're already late getting to a lawyer. Don't let it get any later. Get a lawyer immediately. Call your local bar association and ask for recommendations. Get a consultation immediately. If you have a case, they will likely take it on contingency. But don't quote me on that. Get multiple consultations with multiple lawyers if you can afford it.
Have you try saying you will and delaying it indefinitely?
That will:
Just keep on asking for extensions, maybe the company actually hates the mandate like you and can somehow try to keep your husband through loopholes.
May ask to switch to part time then full time/position/title back and forth since there's probably some time frame set to get verification proof. So if he keeps moving indefinitely he never have to take the shot.
Good luck.
