Earlier today, they said fuck that, and are going to give all the people that say no an Article 15 (court-martial) as a parting gift. Kept them all locked up all day, no lunch, fear mongering them.
Out of the 200, only 56 were able to stand strong against getting the shot, and accept their fate (possible brig and loss of pension). Turns out, these scumbag commanders only used the Article 15 as a fear tactic, to try and coerce these men into taking the shot.
Instead, these 56 men got L.O.R.'s (letters of reprimand) for disobeying a direct command, UIF (unfavorable information file), inactive reserve. They get to hold their CAC (common access card) for 2 months, then they get a dependent ID card for the duration of their enlistment.
This is some sick shit going on right now.

A report to VAERS generally does not prove that the identified vaccine(s) caused the adverse event described. It only confirms that the reported event occurred sometime after vaccine was given. No proof that the event was caused by the vaccine is required in order for VAERS to accept the report. VAERS accepts all reports without judging whether the event was caused by the vaccine.

If we're anything like the military we can expect 50 of every 200 to hold strong when things start getting personally difficult. And that is what we can expect after 1 day of difficulty. Weeks and months of difficulty and real suffering if it gets to that point? It might not matter that we collectively have more guns because there wouldn't be very many of us willing to stand up and use them. It would probably be a good mental preparedness exercise to decide now how far we're willing to go to preserve our right to bodily autonomy. I think I would rather die than take their jab but I have yet to face my difficult day(s).

Article 15 is non-judicial punishment, not court martial. There are limitations to what they can do. This sounds more like threats and coercion. Sad that only 56 saw through it.
They have the right to appeal, have the right to consult an attorney, and can't be forced to separate from service, even in a field grade Article 15. Oh, and those letters of reprimand? Those are like your high school principal telling you "it'll go in your permanent file!"... unless it's a GOMOR (general officer memo of reprimand), it really don't mean shit. It evaporates if they transfer units.
They can also request court martial instead of taking the Art 15. Then it's out of the hands of the local command.

After I did my six years, they still owned me in inactive reservist status for two more years and I was given an old school ID card like I had in 2001-04 instead of a CAC card. Perhaps they want a way to transfer then from inactive to active status easily? I'm just throwing out theories here.

For example, im at mcconnell and if they try to give me an article 15 for refusing, then I will challenge it with a court martial. An article 15 is saying, "okay I did what youre accusing me of doing and accept the consquences."
