I got almost the same exact email from our HR as you have posted.
My boss has reminded me about 6 times in the past 2 weeks to get vaccinated or file an exemption. All 6 times I haven't said a word.

Individual companies can still require vaccinations even if the mandate is stayed by the court. Companies can and do create their own corporate policies, and they may still require vaccinations even if the mandate isn't currently in effect.

Pretty sure they're implying the general immediate side effects like sore arm, achiness all over, slight nausea or chills that are over in a couple days, not any long-term thing.

I wonder if all these companies are getting their directives from some central place. Those exact wordings were also used in the email sent out to us (for mandate). But they haven't sent anything about stopping the mandate.
