Many simply choose the latter, as I do, because I don't actually want my browser to launch the app, even though I do often use the desktop app, about 70% more than I use it on the phone.
I personally, and I suspect many others do NOT give a hoot about whether YOU like telegram, and I also suspect people who DO post telegram links here are not exactly brokenhearted over the fact that you don't want to access the information they are linking.
They may be noobs, new to the game, but generally what they are trying to do is connect to useful information. Full disclosure: true, your words did hit a nerve. I'm reall frazzled because in 2021, my home town has essentially been global psychological warfare central. It takes its toll. Anyway, I think you've misread my comment, and drawn some incorrect conclusions, which I'll try to set straight here.

I could give a rats arse about this platform or that platform or such. All tools for a purpose. What I give a rats arse about is my people who have been in intense suffering for close to 2 years now, with lives in my entire population being destroyed, and that we are fighting for freedom at the risk of everything at the moment. Not only some internet platform, but in real life.

if you post a link to telegram I won't get to know how wonderful telegram is because telegram makes people log into telegram to see telegram user only content that is not available outside of telegram
I found a lot of your posting insightful, and generally your name rings in my memory as someone with substance. But I suggest you reconsider your appraisal here and reflect on whether you're not projecting around this platform because people posting links to it doesn't fit in your current mode of operation.
So why dont' you do what another suggested and screenshot what you have in telegram and then post the screenshots here, instead of linking to content that forces you OFF THIS PLATFORM and onto another PRIVATE ONLY platform

I'm trying really hard NOT to be asshole and be childish, but seriously, after 6 lockdowns in the last 2 years, including durations of months on end with curfews, travel restrictions, friends and people being threatened with police violence for simply expressing an objection, etc., I'm seriously frazzled.
Anyway,
I do not, nor have I ever, to the best of my recollection, posted a telegram link to GAW.
As the responses to your post indicate, many people simply click on the link, and access the content THRU THEIR BROWSER. On a desktop interface, the browser will normally ask if you want to launch the telegram application, or view in browser. Many simply choose the latter, as I do, because I don't actually want my browser to launch the app, even though I do often use the desktop app, about 70% more than I use it on the phone.
I personally, and I suspect many others do NOT give a hoot about whether YOU like telegram, and I also suspect people who DO post telegram links here are not exactly brokenhearted over the fact that you don't want to access the information they are linking.
They may be noobs, new to the game, but generally what they are trying to do is connect to useful information. It may be low quality posting, but pissing all over people and telling them that no one gives a fuck about them seems like an unlikely way to effect any constructive change on the part of other's choices or actions.
Wrap up: Who knows... maybe you access GAW via your phone, so you have no other options when a tel link comes up. Many in fact do. Moreover, as I have pointed out, Telegram has emerged to become a critical and integral part of the actual fight for freedom that is the natural offspring of the great awakening. You may not like telegram or that people link to telegram content here, but put your ego aside for a bit and recognize that the Great Awakening has grown beyond what it was 3 years ago.
Postscript: you know, if you'd actually not been such a stick-up-the-arse in your tirade of a subject header, I would probably be the first to support your post. It's not unreasonable at all to point out the limitations of posting tel links in the format here. Moreover, if you'd posted something about how it affects YOUR interaction (because you choose your particular way of browsing or reading GAW) then constructive comments would have possibly been more useful.

On gaw there are many that post links to sites I've never heard of. THOSE are the useless posts. Copy and paste what you want to share and then include the link for sauce.
